Oasis Pools

We're fine with them. I don't remember any problem with their prices. We're satisfied with them. Well, it took awhile to answer our phone call. They came when they said.

Ed and his crew provided exceptional service. He came out the same day that I called to provide an estimate. Very responsive and professional. Two weeks later my new liner was installed exactly as promised. Looks great!

We wanted a simple but non-standard pool. We used Oasis because a neighbor had a good experience with them the year before. Ed is very easy to work with, did not discourage any ideas, and worked with us to make sure we got the pool we wanted, and within budget. Once underway, the project proceeded fairly smoothly and quickly. The Oasis staff is very skilled and friendly. Their fencing subcontractor was excellent. The pool deck subcontractor less so but their work was sufficient. We ran into a few land-related snags during excavation, which we eventually resolved (at an unavoidable added expense). One main reason Oasis was appealing to us was because Ed was the single point of contact for everything. Other contractors require you to hire someone else to do the pool deck and fence on your own, but Oasis took care of that and included all of it in their quote. And, if we had an issue with anything, we could call Ed and he would handle it. Technically, their quote is what we paid. We added a few things along the way and paid extra for those, which was fair. We have had the pool for a few years now. Since then, they have been back to open and close the pool each year, very routine. One year we had an in-pool light malfunction. It was a big deal to do but they replaced it with no fuss. We have called them with various maintenance questions over time and they've been very responsive. Overall, very professional.

They completely rebuilt my pool. When there was a problem with the motor they explained how we could fix it and walked us through the process instead of charging us to come fix it. Reliable cheerful and friendly. Responded immediately to problems. highly recommended
