Jordan was absolutely superb, from start to finish. Very informative and highly responsive to all of my questions. He came in and installed a gas water heater - from our first communication to me getting my receipt was 3 hours. Highly recommended.

The crew was derious about their work and cleaned up after they were done. Will hire again.

Quick, responsive and knowledgeable

Issue: 11 yr old Water Heater leaking. I submitted a quote request via Home Advisor on a Sunday morning. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Jordan. After a few minutes of discussing situation and my requirements for replacement then sending him pics of my existing heater and surrondings, he had a quote to me within 15 minutes which I accepted. By 4pm that same day Jordan replaced the heater and removed the old unit. A very clean and professional install. He kept in frequent communication with me regarding his progress on procuring the new unit, ETA to my home, etc. plus a post install discussion. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Jordan for your plumbing needs. Exceptional customer service.

We woke this morning to find that our hot water heater had broken and leaking all over the place. Not what I was expecting to happen two days before Christmas! Jordan promptly reached out to me after an early morning submit to the site. He arrived less than 2 hours after we spoke ready to replace my water heater and completed the job in about 90 minutes. During the whole process he was knowledgable and his pricing was very fair. He was able to quote me on the job after I sent over photos even before coming to my house which was a nice change to the process of needing to have someone come assess the job and charging a service fee on top of everything else. Professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. He will be my plumber of choice moving forward.

Jordan and Jason were great! Jordan called right away and was excellent about following up without being pushy, while I vetted other vendors. I chose Jordan because he seemed knowledgeable and fair. When he arrived, he did not disappoint. He did a great job, took care of two other small items that needed attention at a fair price (of course he checked with me first - asked if I wanted him to address them and quoted a price at the time). I would definitely use him again!

They called me right back and had a price and the time to install the New water heater and properly vent the piping. You can call them any time during the day and evening. I hired him to do more of the plumbing in the home as well.

These guys are Super Heroes of plumbing. Indirect hot water heater sprung a leak from old age. They arrived same day and perfect job. Cleaned up and courteous answered all my questions. Will definitely hire again.

Jordan came out within hours of our first phone call. He did a great clean job , no mess or noise. Water heater replace and working fine.

From the moment he stepped out of his truck wearing a mask, Jordan impressed me as a competent professional, and he did a fine job replacing my gas-fired tank water heater. He gives it to you straight without lowballing just to get the job, and in my case, no surprise jumps in cost halfway through the work. I got a decent estimate soon after first contact, booked him by that evening, and he showed up a day or two later at the time he said he would. He finished the job in about two hours, and didn't leave behind a mess. Like they always say, your mileage may vary, but I feel I got worthwhile quality materials and workmanship for the money, and I have no qualms recommending that you ask him to bid on your typical plumbing projects around the house that need doing.
