Woke up the other morning with water in my basement and a leaking water heater tank. I put the request out on Angi and Jordans Plumbing responded almost immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Jordan and his team - absolutely wow. They came that afternoon with the heater, installed all new equipment, took away the tank and all the old piping, adjusted the piping (which wasn't part of the price but he wanted to do it right), and he even straightened out the insulation on my back door when they left (they used the cellar door to get in and out; it's drafty so I have insulation tucked in and they left it just as they found it). They were very professional, courteous, and I was thrilled to have the job done on the same day. I would definitely recommend and will use them for my future plumbing needs.

Jordan was terrific. He came on a Sunday and did a wonderful job. He contacted me several times by phone to provide information about the water heater to replace, in spite off several email mistakes on my part. He arrived when he said he would. and did the most professional job installing the new water heater, removing the old one, an cleaning up. I highly recommend him.

Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, & miraculously available just a day after my water heater failed. Explained why he'd recommended the particular water heater; was able to connect by phone via text & voice, as I needed it; had a couple of options depending on my budget. Made sure I understood everything patiently- not as if he was talking down to me, but recognizing he's the expert & I've never had to buy such an expensive & essential appliance before. (And I have to say, having a hot shower is nicer than it ever was before!) Had a paper receipt immediately ready, & was able to send a copy via phone or email, as worked for me.

His workmanship is great, his communication? not so much... you have to chase him, or at least thats how I felt. However, he is a nice guy and he was thorough and quick, did a good job!

I can not say enough good things about the two gentlemen that came out to replace my water heater. We had just bought a new property and upon receiving the keys on Thursday night walked into a pool of water in front of our broken water heater. I had put the request in through home advisor around midnight and Jordan and team had reached out by 8:00 a.m Friday morning. Originally I had denied them because Home Depot's advertised same day install had reached out at 6:30 that morning. Boy was that a mistake. After humbly tucking my tail between my legs after Home Depot dropping the ball Jordan's team squeezed me in at the end of the day. The two gentlemen were at my house until about 8:00 P.M on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, and I couldn't be more appreciative of their professionalism, responsiveness, and job well done. I thank you both for getting me out of a bind and would recommend you to any and all.
