Jordan was great, called me back even though it was late Sunday night, my water heater was flooding the basement. He helped instruct me how to turn the water off, and came promptly the very next day to replace it. He was personable as well as being fast and efficient.

Great customer service! My water heater went out later Saturday night during Labor Day weekend. I thought sure we would be without hot water until Tuesday, but thanks to Jordan, we we had a new system installed by 2 pm on Sunday afternoon.
