Great service

Jordan was excellent. He called right away to follow up on my request. Unfortunately this happened an a Sat so most of the supply warehouses were closed. Jordan clearly outlined our options and advised on how best to proceed. Our hot water tank had started to leak and needed to be replaced. It had a lifetime manufacturer's warranty so I was unsure of how to proceed. Jordan handled everything. He followed up with the company, submitted a claim and got the replacement tank. He communicated with me through each step until we had a plan in place for replacing the tank. He arrived when he said he would and expertly replaced the tank. Workmanship was excellent and the area was cleaned prior to him leaving. I would highly recommend Jordan's Plumbing and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Jordan called me right away, asked for pics and gave me a fair quote. He drove out to my home within hours to make sure he would have everything he would need (I live 45 min away).
