Repaired the hot water heater the same day I called.

Very quick and efficient. He called early, I sent a few pictures. He gave me a quote. I accepted. Did the job. Increased the price a bit because the old inducer couldn’t be adapted to the new heater.

We had a hot water pipe leaking underground issue, he fixed it quickly and solved our problem. I would recommend him to my friends.

My first time using Home Advisor. I needed two hot water heaters replaced at my rental property in New Bedford. I was contacted by Jordan Plumbing and Heating the very next day by 7:30am. They were able to come out and give an estimate later that afternoon. Since having them replace the two hot water heaters I have used Jordan Plumbing and Heating multiple time over the past two weeks. They have replaced a gas space heater, two kitchen faucets and made various other plumbing upgrades in the building. During each plumbing project the work place is kept clean and old items are removed and discarded. I couldn’t recommend Them enough he is reliable, flexible and does professional work that meets my expectation. They are now my go to plumber.

I was very happy with the overall experience. I had a 5 year old tankless hot water fail suddenly and since I never had to call a plumber before I turned to HomeAdvisor to start my search. Jordan responded back to my inquiry within minutes and said he would search in the morning for the parts to repair my water heater. It would prove to be difficult though as the company had gone out of business. I ended up opting to just replace it with a new and better quality tankless hot water heater. Jordan came that afternoon to install the new tank and bring the pipes up to code. I had him also repair 3 other small plumbing problems while he was here. He was very professional, dedicated and thorough. He explained the new system to me and answered the many questions I had. I would recommend Jordan to anyone looking to hire a plumber. Thank you Jordan, the hot water is perfect!

Jordan was extremely prompt; he provided all needed information prior to his visit; there was no trace of any work when the job was complete. The most impressive aspect of this experience was the fact that time was taken to ensure that everything was working and that the water was heating correctly. Also, I was shown all the aspects of the water heater including how to control the temperature and light the tank.
