James Furtado Excavating, Inc. has been providing excavation services to residential and commercial customers for over 20 years. We have all sizes and types of equipment needed for your Commercial or Residential project. Our excavation services include Heavy Equipment, Snow and Ice Control equipment, Trucking, a portable Material Separation/Screening Unit, Lot Sweeping Equipment and much more. At James Furtado Excavating, Inc., we can suggest a solution for all of your project needs. We offer all excavation services for the construction of your new home, septic system repairs needed for the sale of your property, drainage construction…from lot clearing to hydro seeding. Commercial projects requiring Alternative Technology septic systems are our specialty. We remove Underground Fuel Storage Tanks (UST) of all sizes, both residential and commercial, in MA and RI. Costs will vary by tank size, amount of fill needed, seeding vs paving, permitting fees and any (hopefully there is none) contamination disposal and Licensed Site Professional (LSP) services to test and document the event. We offer annual Snow Clearing and Sanding contracts (with fixed pricing) for the entire winter season. Your site and personalized business requirements are given full attention when winter weather conditions arrive. We have large equipment with snow pushers available to stay on your site, to clear it efficiently. Sanders can be dispatched if ice has created a safety issue. Weather conditions are always monitored; your property will be taken care of automatically. Per storm billing is also available. New and ever improving ways to keep our environment safe require continuing education and certifications. James Furtado is a Certified Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator in MA, Licensed Onsite Wastewater Treatment System installer in RI and licensed Septic Installer in many MA cities and towns.
