Measured and quoted, gave start date, interrupted by hurricane, finished in two days.

Unresponsive to my calls/email contacts. The person who came down to survey my property was unprepared and attempted to "wing it". He said he could do lots of different things we wanted and were trying to solved but never come through with an estimate or even a return call. The last time we contacted him was through an email and he never responded. Thinking this is how he handled his business, we no longer pursued their services - would have probably been much of the same. Very disappointed - no way to run a business

Sergio initially came out to the house and took measurements and showed us pictures of his products and previous jobs. We were asking for something a little different with the chain link against the split rail fence but this was something that they had done before and had pictures of, unlike many of the other companies we had talked to. We are very happy with the quality of the materials and the installation. Sergio pays attention to detail he doesn't just put a gate in but incorporates it into the layout so that it is mirrored by another section and looks symmetrical. He also adds small details that really make a difference to the look, on the picket fence he adds a facia board to the front that makes you want to call it "The Nantucket" because it no longer looks like an ordinary picket.

This company is very professional they showed up and did a great job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I am still waiting for a very small detail to be taken care of.

He was very clear on what kind of a fence it could be since we were purchasing it. He was excellent, on time, and very precise. He stuck to the quote. He works with an assistant, but he is the one that is very involved with the work. When you call the office, you actually get a person.
