Description of Work: I had purchased a pub set for my kitchen, and a desk & credenza for my spare room. Was not happy with the nicks and scratches and had their service man in twice. I wanted to purchase two more chairs for the pub set-so I sent emails to my original sales rep. The rep had assured me she checks her email since there are customers who like to communicate by email. I never received an email back. Finally spoke to her and she advised the pub chairs would be stock soon. I called again to check and was told by the employee that they would be back in inventory in March. Apparently, there is no way for them to inform a customer when the product does finally appear- which in this day and age seems hard to believe. I called today and am now being told that it was an imported item and they wont be getting any more. I am not sure how that get these customer service quality awards because I find the employees to be lackluster in their communication and customer service skills. I have a dining room to furnish next- and I do not think Cardi's will be on my short list.

+ -1 moreThe clock was delivered the same day and we were told someone would call us to come calibrate it. We did get a call and within two days the clock was calibrated. The delivery men were careful and courteous.
Description of Work: We purchased a grandfather clock and a leather recliner recently from Cardi's. I knew I wanted a grandfather clock but did not know much about them. The salesman was knowledgeable and he was helpful in my choice of wood. I would definitely recommend this furniture store.

+ -1 moreThings went well. Nice leather and chair/ottoman for a very good price. Our saleswoman was not too pushy but was odd in her demeanor and obviously new at sales. But she handled everything just fine.
Description of Work: We purchased a leather sofa from Cardi's in Warwick. The saleswoman was obviously new but we thought we'd give her a nice sale. Everything went smoothly. The sofa and also matching chair and ottoman were very nice quality and on sale for a great price. Generally most of their furniture doesn't float my boat, but this was a very good find. They were generally professional throughout the process. Delivery guys were very nice and showed up on time. Delivery cost was reasonable. Additional repair guarantee price was reasonable and apparently covers anything that can damage the furniture, so we purchased it, but have not had any damage to try that out. Recommended.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE CHAIR IS AN ANTIQUE AND LOOKS LIKE IT IS BRAND NEW. THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO REMOVE MY OLD FURNITURE AND TO CARRY IN THE NEW. IT WAS A GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: THEY SANDED AND REFINISHED A CHAIR.
