Job went well. Adelino and his crew are hard workers dedicated to doing a nice job. We are very happy with our new stairs and walkway. Adelino added another stair as our steps were rather high. He came back a week later and power washed the walkway and stairs. It looks beautiful!

Arrived promptly and shared a photo album of different jobs that he had completed. He was very friendly and offered different suggestions. I was very happy with the quality of the work and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Always comes when expected. hard worker, polite, and kind. cleans up whe leaving for the day.

I called Adelino last Friday due to the fact that I needed a mason quickly to repair a leak that developed in a basement window that is now covered by a patio. He scheduled to meet me Monday at my house and met me on time that day. He looked at the job and gave me a fair price and told me that he could start in a week or two. I told him that I could wait but really needed it quickly. He left and about an hour later called me and told me that he could do the job the next day!. Tuesday came and Adelino and his worker arrived on time. He pulled up the pavers and dug an 8 foot long by 3-4 foot deep trench about outside where the water was leaking. He then sealed it and back filled it with crushed stone and told me that it would work. After the very heavy rain we had last night I knew that prior to the repair I would have had water entering the basement. I walked downstairs this morning and the area is dry as a bone even though there was water on the patio. Thank you Adelino! I will absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I took him off Angie's List. I never heard back from him. He never called me back. I never got a quote from him and he never did any services. I took the time to meet with these people and then they don't get back with me. He is one of the high rated ones. It is a victim of its own success. To do better they could get back to me with a quote. I would think if they were taking the time out of their schedule and do an estimate they could at least take the time to provide you with that estimate. I think it is just the reliability of responding with an estimate. He came when he said he would.

I paid about $700 total for additional masonry repairs. He did a good job and I would give him a B+.

We spent 2 years researching and getting quotes from various professionals to have this patio created in our yard for my husband to enjoy. We had many different prices and opinions on how to do the job. One person even telling us it could not be done using those stones, which was unacceptable to us, for they held sentimental value. I explored several reviews before I decided to call Mr. Soares. From the minute I met him, I knew he was the man for the job. The time he took with me to explain everything, I knew he would create our masterpiece exactly the way we pictured for a fair price. We waited almost 8 weeks for him, and only because of the warm weather were we even able to get this done now instead of the spring. He came on time and he worked diligently to get it done in the time span that he said it would take and he was at all times very professional. I felt like my Uncle was in my yard doing this job for me, for he treated us like family. I can't express enough, if you are looking for custom work being done by a very talented and caring proud man, then PLEASE look no further, you have found the guy here. Thank you Mr. Soares for making our Christmas extra special, We will for sure see you again to do future work and we will refer you to everyone we know.

We got a new front walkway from scratch. The work was done quickly without sacrificing anything of the quality. Will happily use him again for future projects.

Adelino built our brick walkway last Monday. He did an exceptional job and it looks great. He arrived a month or so back for an estimate and to see what we wanted. This was quick and painless and the price was fair. He told us he was very busy and it would take about 6 weeks for him to get there to do the job. He called on the Friday before the Monday to ask if he could come and do the job on Monday. I was travelling for work and my wife works 8am to 430. When my wife arrived home she found a beautiful walkway in our back yard going from our driveway to our deck. She was very happy. I will continue to work with Adelino on our front walkway. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I was very concerned having all this stone work done on my property. I was especially concerned with the quality of the work and wanted it to be perfect like I see online and in magazines. I had no idea of the quality of Mr Soares other than his great ratings on Angie's List.com. He came for a consultation and showed me photos of years of work he had done which made me feel at ease. We negotiated a price and he told me an approximate date that he would be back to complete the work. He did call me around that time he was ready and told me the day he would start the job. He showed up on time and worked diligently over 4 days until the job was completed to my COMPLETE SATISFACTION! Mr Soares cleaned everything up before departing and couldn't have been more professional. I will have him come back in the spring for some additional home improvements. Please feel at ease if you are looking for a reasonably priced, professional, and beautiful stone contractor. I literally couldn't be happier or thrilled! :)

I required a concrete patio, an extension to an existing patio. Mr. Soares graded the land and laid down a very substantial concrete patio which abutted the old patio perfectly. In addition, the new patio was sloped (per my request) to direct rainwater and snow melt away from my home and down the drive. The sloping of the concrete was tricky, but Mr. Soares accomplished the task. He also ensured that the patio surface was scored to ensure firmer traction. He showed up on time and he and his crew ensured everything was clean and in order every day before they left. We did encounter a delay in pouring of the concrete (through no error on Mr. Soares part) due to inclement weather. He stayed in touch with me nearly every day during the delay to ensure we were first on his list once the sun came back. The final product was an excellent piece of work and we are very pleased with Mr. Soares. We would most definitely consult with him again if/when the need arises. Hia pricing was quite competitive with several other apprasails I receive and the work was excellent.

I chose Adelino Construction to do the work not only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, but also through a personal reference. I was not disappointed with my decision. Adelino was very prompt with returning phone calls,arriving for appointments, and working when he said he would be. He is a master craftsman and a professional . Adelino had many great suggestions and ideas that I hadn't thought of. I was very comfortable with him. Adelino was very friendly and we shared many laughs, but most importantly he did an amazing job. I would definitely hire him again. I already have a project in mind for next year ! Tracy

Mr. Soares concrete work was very professional and neat. Work was done in a timely manner as promised. We are very happy with his courteous, friendly yet professional demeanor. Well it went from bad to worst, when winter came the chimney was leaking worst than ever....we called him several times , but he took his sweet time coming over....when he did come he said we needed a flue which would cost about 3000.00....we said to him that he should give us some kind of reimbursement because he did shoddy work, he was very argumtive and rude and said no......we took him to court and we won ,the judge saying he owed us all the money back ,he had until 07/07/15, of course no payment was ever received, we went back to court yesterday and he told the judge he would pay us half ,not the whole amount, she said no he had to pay us in full...he then proceeded he didn't have it and he only brought home 700.00 a week, which is a downright lie and mind you he was under oath and now he has committed purgery.....finally the judge told he has to pay us 200.00 a month.....so now we have to round up 3000.00 to fix up his mistake...also another thing to be carefull about is that when. You pay him, he wants the check in his name, not the business...something fishy there....I would not recommend him at all and I can't believe he is on Angie's list because of the way he conducts his business...

We are very pleased with the work that Adelino Soares Construction did. Adelino is extremely professional and very reliable- he came when he said he would and stayed with the job each day until it was completed. He and his crew went about their work in a unobtrusive manner - always respectful and courteous. We hardly knew they were there! The patio needed to be "tied" into the house and the garage which was a little tricky and Adelino did a very nice job of pulling it all together. It is obvious that he is truly a master craftsman and takes great pride in the work he does. He is very detailed in his work and demonstrated the clear intent of creating something both beautiful and durable. We were so pleased with Adelino's work on the patio we hired him to do an additional walkway. Yes we highly recommend Adelino Soares Construction. If you decide to do so also, based on our experience, we would say that you will not be disappointed!

Everything went very well. He started the job much earlier than he had originallytold us he could, which was great. the job was dopne in 3 days. Everything was cleaned up and left very neat after the work was finished, though he left the job very neat everyday he worked on the driveway. He also put in a small walkway under my arbor, that he had suggested, but did not charge me extra for it. It was a pleasant surprise. We had to call him back because after the work had been done we realized the corner of the apron extended too far onto my neighbors empty lot (the boundry wasn't marked). He came back within 5 days and fixed the problem. He was in touch with usfrom the time we contracted him until the job was completely done and was very concerned with our satisfaction. Everything went great!

After leaving a second voice mail asking for a quote, I got a call back at about 5pm saying that Mr. Soares could meet me between 630 and 7pm that night. I waited until 730pm and he never called and never showed. I left a voice mail for him around 715pm and never received a call back. UPDATE: I received a call the next day from Mr. Soares saying that I had misunderstood him and he meant the appointment was for the next day. Well he failed the show the next night as well! No phone call to explain why. I will not be doing any business with this company if they are this unprofessional when trying to get a quote from them.

I would absolutely hire Adelino Soares again. He showed up on time, worked hard and did a beauitful job. The finished product is stunning. We've received many complements from our neighbors on how nice it looks.

We waited several weeks for Soares Construction to fit us into the schedule, but once on-site, they were friendly, professional, efficient and neat. The pricing was exactly as quoted and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and finished product. We would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future.

These amounted to a pretty substantial amount of work, taking over a week. Mr. Soares offered some excellent suggestions, drawing upon his deep experience and knowledge. He is a hard worker and no detail escaped his attention. We are very pleased with the results. We would of course use him again.

The job went very smoothly, and efficently. He cares about his work and is proud of it, whcih means he does the best job, he can. It was done well. I have contated him again, He is going to lay pavers for me in other areas.

This is our second time using Adelino! He is the BEST! his attitude and professionalism is beyond reproach! even with disagreements, the final product was awesome! we are having he and his crew come back in Sept to the front stairs and walkway! i would not hesitate to recommend his services to everyone i know! his talent is unsurpassed!

After a tough winter our front steps had finally had it. You could literally pull the bricks out from stairs and the mortar had practically disappeared. Adelino replaced these steps with new stone steps. These steps look incredible, and I'm sure they will last a forever. They really came out beautifully. Adelino was great to work with and I would recommend him without reservation.

Did not know how to spell my street. Thought he was supposed to come out Friday afternoon, when I called him to find out where he was, he said it was supposed Saturday. Was late in regards to his commitment - he didn't give me a confirmed time so my entire morning was tied up - said it could be 10, 11, or 12 pm. They advertised one thing, but didn't follow through with it. Told me on the phone that he was 5-6 weeks out, I told him to not bother stopping by if he couldn't do it within 25 days. Quoted me $2100.00. Didn't honor the extra square footage can also be installed for $13 per sq. foot with the purchase of the deal. Prior to him coming out asked him specifically if special stones included in that price, and he said they were, then turns out they weren't. Also asked for a deposit before starting the work. Had to make 3 phone calls to have him call me and Angie's List had to call him as well.
