AWESOME!

VioClean was an excellent company to work with in dealing with our horrible situation. I was refered to them by a family member which made me hesitant at first.......you know how that can go. They could not have been more right on in their reccomendation. From the very beginning, from the employee who took my original phone call to the crew that came and performed the work, VioClean was professional, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. They were there to do the work within hours and were able to answer all of my tough questions which certainly eased my concerns. I hope to never be in that situation again but I know that if it does VioClean will be there for me.

Vioclean was a fantastic company to work with in dealing with our unfortunate situation. We located them online and when I called, I was greeted with a pleasant employee who was able to answer all my questions. I explained that we have an issue in our basement where our washing machine had a faulting hose leaving us with a small flood. It was a finished basement and we were worried about our carpets and belongings. They were able to come out to my home within hours, completing services promptly and professionally.

I was so impressed with the quality of work done at my home that I will hire this company again. The technician worked very hard to clean the extra dirty areas of my rugs (ground in dirt and pet accidents). He got areas cleaned that previous companies had not been able to clean. The technician was friendly, prompt, thorough and professional.

The price, punctuality and professionalism were all fine but the quality was not very good. The carpets were left wet and they didn't look any better than when they had started. They were very nice and they did what they said they were going to do, but the carpets were wet for two days and frankly they didn't look any cleaner. They felt stiff and they didn't have a nice texture when they were done. I wish I hadn't had them done. The carpet cleaning process didn’t work and I definitely will not use them again.

Vioclean showed up right on time, and performed the whole job in under 1.5 hours. The carpets looked great afterward.

The gentleman -- wish i could remember his name -- arrived on time. He was extremely courteous, explained what he was going to do, answered my questions, and got to work. We didn't have a mattress we wanted cleaned so we discussed whether one of my area rugs might be substituted. That didn't wind up working because for the type of rug it was, their method is to take it back to the company to have it cleaned there, and that would have been extra I wasn't up for. But I was impressed that he was able to work with me on what was possible, and called back to the office when he wasn't sure. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, and the speed with which it was completed, probably an hour and a half. One part of the rug was under a dinner table and one member of my family is particularly messy and is always dropping food there so there were quite a number of stains built up over time. Plus, neither rug had been cleaned in the 12 years I'd lived in the place. The result was impressive, and it sure beat hauling those supermarket cleaners in and out. The rep gave us instructions on when we could safely walk on the carpets, and left protective squares under the legs of furniture that couldn't be moved off the carpets. I'd moved most of the stuff out of the way but left an end table or two, and the sofas, which was no problem, he moved them himself. I will not wait another 12 years to have the carpets cleaned, every time I look at them I wonder why I waited so long. I would use VioClean again in a hearbeat.

I bought this service through and Angie's List deal, so the price was very very good. We wanted to have a pale cream wall to wall in our home cleaned, but did not want to have strong chemicals used due to allergies. Vio-clean seemed like the perfect solution. The cleaning went very smoothly with all the furniture I could not move treated very carefully, which we really appreciated. There was literally no scent whatsoever from the process. There were a couple of stains that could not be removed, but he was very upfront about that. The carpet is over ten years old and had never been professionally cleaned, so it's not surprising that it could not be made like new, but it is much improved. The rug was quite damp for a day after the cleaning. Damper than I expected, but it was an unusually humid day, so that could have contributed. Overall I was very pleased with the results.

This is my first time carpet cleaning experience ever, so really have no comparison. The overall experience was very pleasant. I read all the reviews online, not only here in Angie's list. There are not as many reviews here as I wanted. Anyway, I decided to give it a try. I had Trung in my mind to do the job, however, Trung was not available for the time I wanted, so I took Trung's recommendation to have the other guy (forgot the name) do the job. He was very nice and pretty good from what I can tell. He arrived on time, checked out the area, gave us an estimate, and explained what he was going to do. He also gave us the name of the cleaning product they use and we searched the product online. It seems to be GREEN. He was very thorough and there was no smell at all in the house. I have very sensitive nose, so after the cleaning, I can still smell something from the carpet. It's not his fault. It's just me being very particular. He took time to listen to my concern and was willing to give it a second try. I appreciate him taking time to have the job done. Our carpet is very light beige color. By the end of the cleaning, I can still tell where the high traffic areas are since they are a little bit darker than the other areas. I don't know whether the conventional cleaning method is able to completely restore carpets to the extent that no difference between high traffic areas and other areas. I was hoping to see this result, but it might be because our carpet's color is too light or the green product is not strong enough to achieve this extent. Their price is very comparable to the conventional methods, which surprised me. Overall, we are happy with the service and the price.

I am totally pleased with the service. The technician was punctual and professional. He completely explained the process VioClean uses, and was at my house close to two hours. He did a wonderful job. I will use this company again.

I moved into this house nearly three years ago and have never had the carpets professionally cleaned. What a difference! Four people, 2 dogs and 2 cats live here and the dogs have occasionally messed up, but you'd never know it now. The carpet looks great and feels softer. There is no chemical smell! I actually fell down the stairs the other morning getting ready for work (with a cup of coffee in my hand) and my concern was not for me but for the carpet! A baby wipe took care of the spill. And I'll heal in a much cleaner, brighter home. My mum waited for them as it was a work day for me and she said they were very friendly and helpful. Great service - I plan to use them again when I need to. Very professional.

They were wonderful! First, I love that they are a green, safe cleaning company, because some of what I have read about the chemicals in carpet cleaning and their possible effects on children did make me think twice about using the carpet cleaner we've used in the past (Joseph Sullivan). Second, I called them at the last minute before my daughter's big 1st birthday party, and they fit us in very quickly, and even returned our rugs on the Monday of Memorial Day Weekend(!). They were very easygoing and professional, and very easy to deal with. As a bonus, I remember being surprised that the cost for the rugs plus stairs was cheaper than we had paid the cleaner we used before. We will use them again and recommend them highly. We had heard good things on the Gardenmoms listserv (a listserv for moms in Boston) and were not disappointed!

They came at appointed time, worked hard and carefully through most of hot humid day. Very careful and used "green" non toxic product with no odor. Equipment and truck seemed very modern. Very professional work. For work done, seemed to be reasonable price but I have no way of comparison.

I highly recommend VIOClean. They are extremely professional, and prompt. They came within a day or two of my inquiry and did an excellent job. They were quite friendly and helpful. Best of all there was no chemical odor left on any of the material. Will gladly do business with again.
