He was really good.

We were happy with the person he referred us to but unfortunately they were not able to resolve our problem. We called him back to ask for more advice and another referral to solve and additional issue that cropped up. John was very helpful and gave us a second referral for the next "chapter in our saga".

They showed up on time, as promised. The fittings were very close to a wooden plank wall and they managed to unsolder the old ones and solder the new ones with no damage to the walls. Unlike some plumbers I've seen, they actually removed the valve bonnets so there wouldn't be any risk of damaging or prematurely aging the new valves. It's that kind of attention to detail that guarantees I'll use them again. This was my second time using Paradise Plumbing, and they are now my go-to guys for plumbing work. BTW - they were very careful not to track up the floor to the bathroom, going so far as to lay a drop cloth across my entry area. Did I mention attention to detail?

He is fabulous. His professionalism is the best. He is totally professional. I chose to use him for the job because I have had him in the past and I like his work very much.

John and his helper drained my boiler system so a kickspace heater could be removed. The heater did not have shutoff valves on it so I couldn't do it myself. They did did the work quickly and refilled my system and made sure it was operational. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work performed. He is at the top of my call list.

Our 25 year old boiler started acting up over the weekend. I called John on Monday morning and he was able to get to our place within an hour. After he checked the the system he determined that the controller was dead. Within 2 hours he was able to procure a replacement and install it. It was refreshing to get a service call handled so quickly and efficiently!

Excellent. On every occasion, John was reliable and within budget. He does excellent, high quality work.

He was very informative and did good work. His price was reasonable and he always explained what he was doing. He got the job done and got it done right. Whenever there was a problem, he came immediately to fix it.
