+ -1 moreGood. He was very helpful as well with letting me know what was a good cleaner to mainrain the. Beauty of the floors.
Description of Work: Jays flooring was great. He sanded and did one coat of poly fast and at a great quality. The only reason im giving his service a c rating for punctuality is because hE was supposed to come back the following day and do another coat of poly and didnt til the day after that. So a 2 day job took 3. So that dropped his overall rating.

+ 0 moreFast quote, easy to schedule, Jay was tolerant of our changing schedule, and did a great job.
Description of Work: Jay & his team sanded an entire floor, plus treads of a 2-story stairwell, plus buffed an entire floor, edged & applied 2 coats of cross-linking floor finish for our renovation project (2-family w/ 3 floors) in Somerville. The work was excellent, and they were a pleasure to work with & chat with. I'm not sure how they did it, but their edging left no lines at all on the baseboards (a common problem), and the house was immaculately cleaned before applying finish.
