Window Genie of Sutton

This is the 3rd time we have used Window Genie of Sutton. As always the service was excellent. We had our gutters cleaned and house pressure washed. The team arrived ahead of schedule and explained what they were going to do. I had some concerns about the rear gutters being blocked and they took extra care cleaning it out and explained just what they did. Very professional. A great experience and we will call them again when needed. Highly recommended!

We did not have the right equipment or time to take care of the window or the house washing. Virginia in the office got me a reasonable quote quickly. The day of the cleaning Jeffery was on time personable and ready to work! The house is clean and the windows have not looked better.

Chris was great. He emailed me and explained the process. We schedule the day for them to come and perform the work. They showed up on time and did a great work. Definitely will use their service in the future.

Unfortunately the stain was extremely stubborn, and was very difficult to remove. After several unsuccessful attempts at removing the stain, the technician called the owner, Chris, who was actually on vacation. He told the technician that he would contact us upon his return home. He called us while driving home, made an appointment to come to check it out himself- he spent two hours working on this stubborn stain. Although he was able to lighten it, nothing could take it off. A++ for effort. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone--customer service is top notch from the initial contact on.

It went very well, I'll definitely call them back. The young man came, confirm the job, he keep on working, he was vey professional, no problem or whatsoever, and took care of everything. The owner of the company met with me before the job and introduce what's going to happen or the details of the work.

While I don’t often leave assessments, my experience with this company deserves the praise. The work was planned ahead of time with requests for pictures, given the height to accommodate, and the subsequent work was performed flawlessly. I’ll be hiring him for spring and late autumn clearing. Highly recommend.
