Radon Systems LLC did a great job. I had a radon level of around 6.5 in my basement for years, and finally decided I needed to address it. After receiving 3 quotes, I had Dave from Radon Systems come over to do the job. I initially was resigned to having the PVC pipe go up the side of my house, but Dave found a way to run the piping inside the basement and go thru the garage, with only 18" of PVC sticking up past the garage roof. Excellent! And now my radon level is around 1.0 to 1.5 all the time. The entire job took half a day, and Dave was clean, respectful and easy to work with. I absolutely recommend them.

Nick arrived on-time and was friendly and professional. Nick patiently answered all my questions and took the time to explain the entire process, which immediately put me at ease. What truly impressed me was how efficiently Nick completed the installation. Nick arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done without compromising on quality. The work included drilling a large hole in my slab (to extract the radon), filling in gaps with foam, patching a 5x3" hole with concrete, and adding a square slim fan to the side of my house with additional piping to extract the radon away from the property. The entire process took less than 2 hours. If you're in need of radon mitigation, I wholeheartedly recommend Radon Systems LLC! Their reviews speak for themselves and they even offer a 2 year warranty on the fan as well as a warranty of 2pCi/L or lower on the work itself.

The technician that came is very very nice, very respectful and very helpful and he was able to come on the same day when i called. He made me and my husband feel very comfortable. I will definitely use them again, were happy that he had the job done. He did it in a very competent manner. I appreciated that the technician came.

On a whim I decided to check our radon levels in our basement. I guess I assumed this would have been done by the previous homeowner. Apparently one should never assume. My test game back at 5.9 pCi/L. The acceptable level is 4. And I wasn't going to chance my family's health. So I did my research on radon mitigation and sent a quote request through Angi's platform. I received a phone call the owner, John Spokis within 30 minutes on the Friday before New Year's. He explained the entire process and provided me transparent pricing over the phone and in writing via email same day. He was able to schedule us that Monday after New Year's. The installer Derek called me an hour before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, explained the work that was to be performed, reviewed the location with me and made sure I approved of everything before he started. The installation itself took about two hours. This included patching some cracks we had in our concrete at no additional charge. Frankly, I wasn't terribly excited about having a big white fan unit and pipe installed along my house. But I also knew that this was the optimal solution for our needs. And Derek took the time to make it look as neat and clean as possible. I really couldn't have asked for an easier or more pleasant installation at a very fair price. Oh and they guarantee after install that your radon will be 2pCi/L or below. They even give you a kit to test and make sure it has been lowered. There is a lifetime warranty on parts and labor that is transferable if you sell your home. And the fan has a 5 year warranty. So, if you have unsafe radon levels in your home. Don't procrastinate like I did. Just call Radon Systems and get it done in two hours. You'll be glad you did. I am.

They never replied to me, even after leaving phone message If they didn’t want to bulge on the job ( for whatever their reason was ) they at least could have answered my calls or emails

Great Company to work with. Super straight forward, no silly add ons and did a great job of explaining what they were going to do. We had one little hiccup that was quickly addressed and fixed. About 6 months later we had vibrations that started. They came over and showed me what had happened. It wasn't their install, it was insulation that had been sucked up into the pipe. They handled it amazingly, swapped out for a new blower and added in a few sound dampening elements. I would choose to work with these guys again 100%. Any time anyone asks about needing a radon mitigation, I hands down suggest them. Great prices, Great work, and stand by their work!

Fast response to inquiry. Flat rate fee and was able to schedule the work within 7-10 days. The installer was on time, finished on time and was very professional. Site was left clean and tidy. Retesting after 5 days had reduced the radon to below 2. The install worked great and as they warranted it would.

This company is great to deal with. The price was fair and comparable to other quotes I got with no extras which some companies in this field can charge. I always got a quick reply when calling with questions. The installer arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. He did a great job and the post test for radon passed. We were selling our house and the radon test came back high so we needed quick and effective service. The appointment was scheduled a week from our call. The technician arrived on time and helped identify the best location for the system that was both effective and as aesthetic as possible. The install went quickly and he took the time to explain how it worked and what we should look for in terms of monitoring and maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience.

The job is done nicely and it's been over a year and it works well. I did call once for support afterwards , the system stopped at a extreme cold day and the guy explains things well and it does come back the other warm day.

The system was installed on the appointed day and radon levels came down from 5 pCi/L to 0.5 pCi/L. Floor cracks were also filled.

Arrived one week after making the call for a quote. Arrived on time, Installed the system in the location I had identified in the basement in a few hours. Took only a few hours . Installed was polite, left the site clean, and did a nice job. One point is that these system, when attached to the outside of the house, do make some noise - a constant noise, but can be heard inside the house. So, think about location from both an internal and external perspective.

John the owner returned my call promptly for replacement of a fan for my radon mitigation system. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to talk with you, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I needed my radon fan checked, and ultimately replaced, and even in the midst of bad weather he was able to set up an appointment for one of his technicians to come out and service my system. One of his technicians, Derek, came out on time to replace the fan and was terrific. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He talked me through several aspects of my mitigation system that I was unaware of, educated me on the fan replacement, and did the work efficiently and in a quality manner. One of the best service technicians I've come across, and he took a lot of pride in his work. The service was very reasonably priced and true to John's original quote. I would use this company again in a heartbeat, very impressed overall.
