Excellent. I purchased the Angie's list coupon for $950 for an exterior radon mitigation system. John, the owner, emailed me within 10 minutes of my purchase to set up an install date. We scheduled the install for Monday (purchased the service the Friday before) - talk about responsiveness. His installed, J.P. was scheduled to show up around noon. He called at 10:15 and asked if it was OK show up early. He showed up at 11:00, evaluated the best location to drill and install the pipe in the basement, explained what he would be doing in order to get the fan installed on the exterior of the house. He even sealed several holes in the foundation. One of the best Angie's list experiences I have had with a service provider. I would highly recommend using these guys. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

It was awesome, Derek was on time and came up with a great solution that was perfect for my house. He had to come back another day to actually install the system but that was only because of the way my house is set up. He came back and even accommodated a crazy scheduling request for me due to my own stupidity. The best contractor experience I have ever had.

From the bid to the installation, the whole process went great. Before the work, our 2200 sq. ft. basement was logging radon levels of 35 to 40 pCi/L. Within about a week after the work was completed, measured levels were less than 2. John Spokis was super to work with, and the installer, Derrick, did a masterful job. He even painted the outside venting pipe to match the brown of my house (I supplied the spary paint).

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with John and his team. They were professional, reliable and provided a level of service that far exceeded our expectations. As first-time homeowners, we were unfamiliar with the process and options associated with radon mitigation. John was generous with his time and expertise, walking us through this experience, answering our questions and providing us with honest feedback when necessary. We were contacted by the company with potential dates to have the work done. They were very accommodating with days and times. The installer called when he was 30 minutes away to give us a heads up. He showed up right on time and got right to work. He explained everything very well. The work took about 2 hours to complete. He horoughly explained how the install went, how it worked and how to do future radon testing. There was quite a lot of noise during the installation, but it was infrequent and afterward you couldn't even tell any work had been done. He did a great job cleaning up. Our installer even went out of his way to help us seal some openings on our basement floor with caulking. I would definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish this was possibly the best experience I have ever had from a service provider. I purchased the deal online and was contacted within one day and scheduled for the following week. The gentleman arrived early and completed the job professionally and took the time to integrate the exterior fan into the design of the house (mounted close to a existing drain spout for a very clean look). A post-mitigation test was performed and the values were well within normal range. I could not be happier!

Had an initial consultation with Radon Systems LLC to create a plan for installation of the mitigation system. The consultation was thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. Several days later an installer arrived as scheduled and completed work within a three hour timeframe. The quality of the work was good and overall I am happy with the outcome. The vent pipe on the front exterior of the home is a bit unsightly above the roofline. Unfortunately, due to the unique configuration of my home there were limited placement options for the vent pipe.

Radon Systems LLC was running behind, but they kept me informed as to when they would be able to arrive (which in my book is almost as good as being punctual in the first place). They identified the problems, got the work done quickly and professionally and kept to the expected cost. The whole process was straightforward and well done.

John performed the initial check up of my house and designed the system location to be in the garage. This is important to me since all other area of the basement is finished and I certainly wanted to avoid installation on finished floor. Derek was the installer. He arrived a little early and did some prep work while waiting. He was courteous, professional, and patient explaining the work details (where to drill hole and connect pipes) and how to monitor the system. He helped on clearing the area of installation and sealed a gap along the wall. The job was done promptly and he also cleaned the debris from the installation. In the end he also provide extra radon testing kits for my peace of mind.

They did a great job installing the system in our old, quirky house. The technician who installed it was knowledgable, courteous and meticulous. I would recommend these guys to a friend.

I selected Radon Systems mostly because of the good reviews on Angies list and also because I had the option to pay in advance through Angies list. JP contacted me on the Monday immediately following the Saturday I had paid for it, and we agreed on an install date. JP showed up at the right time and we quickly zeroed in on the most appropriate place to install the system. I went along with all of his recommendations which were well thought out. Two and a half hours later the job was done. That includes drilling 3 inch holes through the slab and the wall, installing the fan and a vent pipe going up 3 floors, wiring in the fan to the electrical, caulking, and sealing with hydraulic cement. I was pretty impressed that all of that got done in just over two hours. As of this moment I haven't sent the test kit in yet - you have to wait 48 hours before taking the sample. JP gave me a written guarantee that the system will keep levels below 2pC and I can see the thing pulling air from below the slab, so I'm pretty confident. Overall experience for me was great - I have no complaints at all and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a radon system.

We had JP came over and help to install our Radon System last week. He is patient, professional and great with what he does. He explained everything in details that helped me to understand what the system is like and what exactly it is doing. How to monitor and observe the functionalities to ensure the system is still running properly. Our Radon Level were at 9.6 pCi/L before the mitigation system. We ran another test few days after the system was installed and just got the test result back today. The result indicating the level is now at 0.6, which is optimal :) I strongly recommend their services to anyone that needs Radon Treatments!

I selected Radon Systems because of their excellent ratings on Angie's List. They lived up to the ratings. John provided a quick turnaround on the quote and scheduling the install. I forget the name of the person who did the install, but he was professional, helpful, and gave excellent attention to the details to ensure the system was installed in a location that worked well in our basement. We are very particular, and we were very pleased with the installation. We have a digital radon meter and our radon levels have been low since the system was installed. The competing quote we had was for a more extensive system (which would've cost more), so are especially pleased that Radon Systems succeeded in addressing our radon issues with a smaller and more efficient system.

I spoke with the Mass Public Health department and learned of several "red flags" to watch out for when finding a radon mitigation specialist. This company earns my highest praise. Work was done quickly and in a competent and clean manner. I mentioned to the installation specialist a couple of my concerns (the radon pipe outside was to be installed away from the chimney, and the fan should be on the outside of the house). The installer was competent, clean, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Most importantly he engaged my wife as well as me. We both felt like we got our money's worth. The company includes a lifetime guarantee of a 2.0 or less radon reading.

I emailed John and got a response within 1 business day, with a clear written estimate. I confirmed my interest and the rate we agreed upon, as well as a date, and on email later, we were set for the 3rd for the installation! Derek came by on time (a little early - and he called and let me know he would be early if that was okay with me) and installed a radon mitigation system. He was extremely professional, thorough, and truly a great guy! We couldn't have been more pleased. The system clearly worked well (we tested with a 0.4 after installation). Highly recommend this company and can see why they are so highly rated. These guys are the go-to for radon mitigation in terms of both quality and price (next closest quote was $400 higher).

Derrick, the installer, was amazing. Polite, professional, punctual, patient and knowledgeable. You can't ask for anything more. Derrick took his time to determine correct placement for the system and also wanted to ensure I was going to be happy with it. He asked the right questions and did the work efficiently. Derek of Radon Systems arrived early and completed the job in a thorough and professional manner. There were some last-minute changes to the location of the installation, that he explained clearly and worked with us to find the best resolution. He was unfazed by the constant rain, and ended up working late to replace a bad ventilation fan.
