After I moved in, they came and installed the system. The technician who was supposed to come had gotten ill but John came and did the installation himself. John did a great job with the installation and explained everything to me. After the initial install, the radon results had dropped way down. Radon LLC guarantees readings below 2 ppm and they were at 3.3. I called John and he set up another visit. This time Nick came and added more pipes to the system. (at no additional charge) It was another great experience. Nick was so professional and polite. He took care to protect my floors (it was a snowy day) and also kept me informed every step of the way. Radon LLC is a top notch company and I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with radon in their home.

Work was performed satisfactorily. Received a lifetime warranty on radon level below 2pCi/L transferable on sale of property. 5 year warranty on fan. Provided a lab test kit and instructions for Radon measurement. Lab reported reported successful reduction.

It went great. I sent a picture of my system to Radon System LLC, so they would know exactly what they would be in for. They quoted me a price and showed up when they was supposed to. Radon Systems went above and beyond in my opinion. They showed me some shortfalls from the initial installation from many years ago and updated and improved my system at no additional cost. John, the service technician, was very professional and wasted no time getting the job done. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use him again in the future.

Researched and finally decided to use Radon Systems Llc. Their reviews are extremely high and way better than any other company I looked at. Also, they guaranteed the results below 2.0 which no one else did. The company owner , John, was super responsive and his associate JP turned up right on time and walked me thru what he would do. Completed the job within a couple of hours, including laying a concrete slab over a dirt floor, and cleaned up afterwards. The Radon re-test came back just over 2.0 so I emailed John and he organised for JP to return and install another intake - no problems and no extra charge! Poor JP drove nearly three hours to get here, and still turned up ahead of time! He completed the second run in about an hour and a half. Will re-test levels next week and see where we stand. It's been a very long time since I found such a great company and I would not hesitate to recommend them or to have them back here in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great job guys!!

Great! The installer came on time and was able put the system in that day. Our home exterior had a few things (outlets, AC ductwork, dryer vent) that made the install a little more challenging. The installer gave me a few options and we came up with a great solution!

It went fine. They did a very good job. The price was the best price I could get. They were very efficient. It wasn't long after the purchase. They were terrific. I went with them because of their price. The guy came over. He was neat. He was clean. He explained everything he was going to do. He was in and out there in no time. I got a report back within a matter of days and telling me what the status was. They did everything they said they were going to do.

They were not responsive on Angie's list, but responded quickly to direct email. They schedule a date and came on time. They guy evaluated the old system, pointed out a few problems, called his boss to get an estimate, and then did the repairs right away -- digging a deeper hole, moving the fan outside, and positioning the pipe high in the air. The whole thing took about 2 hours. A few days later it rained and water came into the pipe. I called them to discuss. They reluctantly agreed to come out to check it out. They concluded that indeed water was in the pipe and so they added a gooseneck on the exit hole so rainwater wouldn't go in, and tried to tilt the system so that the water wouldn't pool. This took around 45 minutes. No charge. Overall, they were responsive, professional, and the work was high quality.

The technician was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He spent time with us at that beginning walking around the house to determine where to place the radon system. The installation weny great. Their pricing was also great. The competitors I called wouldn't guarantee a drop in radon levels. Radon Systems LLC guaranteed a reading below 2.0 and gave me a test kit. I recommend Radon Systems LLC to others.

The installer was scheduled to arrive at 9 am. At 9 am I received a call that he would be about 15 minutes late because of an accident on his route. This was very much appreciated. When he arrived he quickly proceeded to select the proper location for the installation and inspect and seal any cracks in the basement flooring. He was very efficient and completed the installation in about two hours. After giving an explanation of the system operation and instruction on the retesting of the radon levels. He departed for another installation. The retesting was completed and the results were a reduction in radon levels from a 4.9 level to a 0.8 level. Not only does this system reduce radon levels it also helps to reduce dampness in the basement which will reduce molds. I would highly recommend Radon Systems if you need a mitigation system. The initial test is easy to do and I recommend that everyone should have it done a radon can be dangerous to your health.

The owner, John, responded to my email the same day I contacted him! Can't get better than that! He emailed me his quote which was one of the lowest. The installer came on time ane work quickly. The installer was informative, friendly and helpful. He even helped me move my stuff that was in the way of the installation location. He consulted with me about the best place to put it and cleaned up after himself. He explained how the system works and made sure I was happy before he left. Very professional company. I would definitely recommend this company. In fact, one of the reasons I hired him is because a family member hired them and were very happy with their work.

Tech was very professional, showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner, Radon level went from above 10 to below .04.

We had a pre radon level of 16, and after the system was installed it was .16. While most installers wanted a good portion of the day Radon Systems was able to install it within a couple hours. It was very easy to get an appointment, and they were easy to reach via phone or email.

JP was great. He finished the job in 2 hours. He offered to explain things as he went but I just let him do his thing and he was done very quick. He explained how everything worked at the end and was just a pleasure to talk to. Very highly recommend!

John came out and gave me a free estimate and took the time to discuss the design of the system and the process. We then set up an appointment to install the system. He arrived a little early and went right to work. He did a good job, and was very professional and approachable the whole time. My only complaint is he was a little too liberal with the sealing compound he used around the pipe penetrations--that was a little messy, but I was able to clean it up after he left. (I didn't realize how much product he'd used until after he left.) The system works great--the measured radon levels went from 4.7 to 1.6 pCi/L.

Work was efficient, professional. Minimal mess, all cleaned up. Within promised budget, and shorter than promised time. Awesome. Very easy to deal with.

John repaired and cleaned our Air Raider system that had been installed (improperly) and damaged by a different absolute nightmare of a company. He is a dream to work with! I highly recommend Radon Services LLC! John was extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable!! After examining the rooms and roofline of the house, he came up with two different locations for the fan and pipes. Even though I chose the option that would require more labor, he did not charge me extra and was more than happy to do the additional work. He even spent time fixing two other existing pipes at no additional cost. It is very apparent that John's two major concerns are to make the house safe from radon and to please his customers. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with his services and his friendliness!

The contractor came on time as promised and finished the work on two and half hours.

They installed the system a few weeks ago, then we did our test and the radon levels were still high. The provider came back the same week to add to what they had installed before, we tested again, and now were are in safe radon levels. Very easy to work with the provider.

Installer came on time, he started right away and in about 3 hours it was all done. Clean install and no mess! The outside vent tube is behind the chimney so it is not visible front the front of the house at all. Great job they did!
