He showed up early and took the time to explain the whole process to me. He worked efficiently and had the job done in less then 2 hours including cleaning up after the job. He then took the time to explain how the system worked and how to maintain it as well as how to retest the radon levels.

The installed was excellent. He showed up on time and finished on time. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He performed the job to my satisfaction. The warranty is very good. All in all I highly recommend this company.

The installation was clean, quick and the installer was professional and courteous. Even took time to answer my questions regarding the impact to radon. mitigation that future remodeling might have.

Above and beyond for our job. The technician had to drill through a concrete wall (no small task!) to route the PVC to the outside. Very clean and professional! Radon levels were averaging around 8 pCi/L (before the install) and are now at 0.2pCi/L!

The guys were prompt and friendly, and even uncovered a crawl space in our new house that we didn't even know was there. The device meter was explained to us, and we happily received our radon results shortly after. All is well and we would definitely hire them again.

John responded to my call within minutes, quoted a price on the phone, and scheduled the work for the following week. John's tech arrived on time (he called ahead to make sure I was ready) and explained what he needed to do. He showed me his test setup and confirmed that the system would work as expected. The work was completed quickly and he cleaned up afterwards. The results came back as 1.8. I couldn't be happier.

Our appointment was for 8AM and a 7:45, the door bell rang. The technician introduced himself and we took a look at the area. He assured me that there would be no problems, told me how long he would be there to complete the job. Once finished, he showed me how the system operates, where it was located and what we needed to do next. Everything went exactly as planned. No issues. No call backs. No worries.

Very easy to book an appointment. The person came and did the estimation seems knowledgeable. He tried to find the best spot to hide the system out of sight. On installation day, the installer showed up on time. He has been briefed and knew exactly what to do. The work took about 3.5hr, slightly longer than he originally estimated. The fan used is very quiet. I'm satisfied with the result, also appreciate he took effort to protect carpet in my finished basement.

Excellent. Just as described. Great responsiveness, excellent installation, good followup. Charged the standard price with small fee for much more aesthetic internal piping. Another individual wanted $1000 more and did not even understand what I was asking for when I asked if could be piped internally. One caveat: they are not electricians so possible you could need to have one on hand to complete power supply to unit, depending on your basement configuration.

I called after my home tested high for radon. The technician showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. the job came out looking very finished and clean and my new reading went from an 8 to less than 1. very pleased all around.

They worked extra hours at odd times as well to make sure that the job was completed to the satisfaction of the condo association and IN TIME for the closing on the sale! They were OUTSTANDING to work with and went above and beyond to complete the work!!

They installed a fan in December 2016 and we re-tested. They had guaranteed a level of 2 pCi/L and it came in higher. They came back in February and did some additional work at no cost and we will retest. They were friendly and very professional. We would definitely refer them.

It went pretty well. A technician came out, on time, and did the work in an efficient, professional manner. The technician was polite and agreeable, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. Unfortunately, the test they gave me to run after the work was done showed the radon levels were still too high, so the owner of the business came out himself and added to the mitigation system, again doing a great, professional job, then left me with a couple more test kits. Those tests both came back with very low radon levels.
