Description of Work: Radon Systems installed a sub slab ventilation system in my basement for radon mitigation. They were able to install it in my preferred location, which worked best both aesthetically and practically. The work was done in a prompt and timely fashion and at the quoted, competitive price. The system was explained and we were provided with a follow-up mail-in test kit to measure the effectiveness of the system.

Description of Work: No one wants to spend money on a system like this, but at least it is nice when you feel good about the job that was done. This was one of the most professional installs I have had for any service. The system is extremely clean and tucked away the best it possibly could be. The technician was friendly, polite, and possibly most important of all, extremely good at his job. He explained everything he needed to do and went over the job prior to starting any work. We talked through the location for the install and everything was exactly how we discussed it. Chipping through the concrete floor is a messy job, but you would never know because the work area was spotless. Lastly, we had some flexibility in our schedule and they were able to fit us in to their schedule in less than a week. They managed to make me feel content with an unwanted and unexpected expense, that is no small task. Our post install reading came in at 0.5. I would easily recommend Radon Systems.

Description of Work: quoted me for radon reduction system for inside house either through house or on outside of house. I went with the option of going through inside and up through attic for a small upcharge. The price was much less than other companies, they did exactly what they said they would and the system works very well and no ugly pipe running up the side of house and around soffit. They guarantee that they will make any needed adjustments to the system at their cost if the radon level test shows above 2.0.

Description of Work: I researched 10 companies on the web, interviewed 3, read many online reviews, and compared prices and warrantees before selecting Radon Systems LLC and John Spokis. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to alleviate a radon problem. They answered all of my concerns and questions in a 1st contact telephone call, arrived when they said they would, knew exactly what they were doing, installed the correct size fan, ran a pipe upwards through a closet so neatly I was amazed, were fast, and cleaned up when the work was done. When the test kit they left showed we were still slightly above the maximum allowable radon level, they came back right away, installed two more pipes at no additional cost, and completely cured the problem. I got the feeling that they took great pride in their work and put my satisfaction and safety as their #1 goal.
