extremely easy and thorough.
Description of Work: John fixed the poorly installed mitigation systems (all suction points were leaking) and the level went down below 0.4. My previous radon couldn't fix my radon issues. They couldn't get it below 4. John immediately noticed the problem and quickly fixed it. very knowledgeable, honest and professional. I would highly recommend Radon LLC.

Saved The Day !!!!!
Description of Work: Terrific !!!! Needed them to install the system , so I could go to closing on my Summer House.... They did it the "Day" after Christmas !...... Looked great ... saved the Day in my book.....! Wish I could have had the Quahog Chowder ready for them when they showed up!!

Description of Work: We had a radon abatement system put in. Our level was over 11 pCi/L and after the system was installed, it went down to 1.3 pCi/L. The work was done quickly and professionally. Super responsive, explained the system to us. The technician consulted about where to best put in the system and cleaned up meticulously.

Description of Work: Before contacting Radon Systems about they're $950 deal, I wanted to comparison shop so I contacted another installer. The other installers price was already higher and then the immediately stared up-charging, without even seeing my house. Right away I needed an upgraded fan, then the contacted me again to say I would need a second collection point. Both of which were additional charges. I contacted Radon Systems to check and see what the $950 covered and if there would be additional charges and I was pleased to find out that it covered everything and also if i needed a second collection point, they would come out to install it at no additional cost. The installer showed up a little late, but that's ok, he called earlier in the morning to let me know he was running late. When he got here he looked around my basement, planned where he would put the pit, also noted that on collection point might not work. I thought here we go, but he confirmed they would come back and install it at no cost. After it was installed, he left me a test kit and explained what I needed to do. After a few days I tested the radon levels and it went from 12 down to .9, well below EPA recommended levels and with just the one collection point. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who asks.

John came out on a Saturday to install our radon mitigation system. He was extremely accomodating with the time of our appt. We had family coming to visit and he moved his schedule around to accomodate our visitors. We were very happy with the work he did. He took his time to find the best place in the basement & outside the house so that the system would be inconspicuous. When John was finished with the installation he explained how the system worked & answered all our questions. He also gave us a kit to recheck the radon level a couple days after the work. Our radon level went from over 6.0 to less than 1.0 My husband & I are extremely happy with his work.

John the owner was very nice and answered all my questions. Fair price. Guaranteed to bring radon concentration down from 5 to 2. He installed the system , neat job. The repeat radon test came back as 3.4. He returned immediately to put in an additional pipe in another part of the basement. The radon is now down to 1.4. Excellent.

Description of Work: John was great!- We needed an radon mitigation air system installed in our home because our house is built on ledge. Pros include: very professional, showed up on time, great price, explained all our options, took the time to walk through what was going to happen with the installation. Didn't try to sell us "extras"- the quote was what we paid. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for anyone looking for good honest work! Call this company if you are having a problem with Radon-- they are the best!!!
