The team at Radon Systems was professional, prompt and demonstrated meticulous attention to detail. John Spokis provided a quick and competitive estimate for the project and was always willing to answer our questions. I had to reschedule a couple of times and it was never a problem. Post install testing has shown that radon levels have dropped significanly and are now well below the danger zone. The system is quite, out of sight and maintenance free. I highly recommend the team at Radon Systems and would hire them again.

Can't recommend this company enough. Everyone I dealt with was completely professional and courteous. John Spokis responded to all my questions. The quote was provided within 1 day, and the price was lower than other quotes I received. I had to reschedule 2 times, and John was completely flexible with the adjustments. Derek performed the work at my home, and I'm not sure I've ever had someone as professional and courteous perform work in my home. Arrived a few minutes earlier than expected, and performed the work within the estimated timeframe. The work appears to be quality (although I'm not an expert in radon mitigation systems). Once installed, Derek explained everything to me thoroughly, and left my home cleaner than when he arrived. Would do business with them again without hesitation.

From the moment I called John at Radon Systems, service was outstanding. John and his team are very organized and friendly. They showed up when they said, the work took as long as they said, price was what they said over the phone, they explained what they were going to do, walked me through it after the set-up and left helpful instructions about maintenance. No services performed at this time but the cost mentioned above was an approximate quote for a 1,500 sq. ft. split level house.

John Spokis was very quick to respond with a detailed questionnaire which then enabled him to give a quote. His installer, John Paul was 15 minutes early and within 2 hours had completed the work. It is great to deal with such an efficient company. In a week or so we'll retest to see if we are at 2 as promised.

We conducted a test of our radon levels in the basement of our home at the end of November and they exceeded the limit by a large margin. I scheduled an appointment with John Skopis of Radon Systems LLC, John came out to our home, reviewed our situation in detail, and described the mitigation process and cost thoroughly with me. John emailed a contract within two days of our original appointment. We scheduled a time that worked for both of our schedules to install the mitigation system. John arrived with a helper on schedule, and performed the necessary work in a very professional manner in less time that I had expected. John was courteous, professional, did all the work on the day scheduled, and left a perfectly clean workplace. He was patient with the questions I had and left us with a radon test kit to ensure that the levels were now within acceptable limits. We conducted the test and when the results arrived from the independent tester, they were even better than I had hoped, well below the mandated limit. I highly recommend Radon System LLC for any radon problems you might have.

John is very responsive to his messages, knowledgable, and professional in his demeanor. I have had a hard time finding a good provider to service our radon mitigation system over the years and I am very happy to have tried Radon Systems. It went excellent. Response from my request for information was prompt. All of my questions were answered completely and thoroughly. A price was given. It did not fluctuate for any reason. The appointment was kept and the worker, John Paul, was punctual and polite. My radon levels dropped from a 14 to 16 range to under 2 as promised. SUPER! There is a lifetime guarantee - WOW! It went better than I could have expected - I should have done this when the house was bought but extremely happy now that the levels are down. Had some additional questions after the install which were answered within 24 hours. A very responsive company with a great work ethic that explains their work. Definitely would recommend to anyone to have this done if your levels are above the recommended number. External pipe was placed where I requested and also the pipes inside the basement. Just a super experience!

Radon Systems LLC was excellent from start to finish. I had looked into a couple other installers beforehand, but based off the multiple rave reviews I read on Angie's List for Radon Systems... I went with them, and at least so far I couldn't be happier. John and Dave showed up on time and took the time up front to help me decide on the best layout/location for the unit rather than just doing what was quickest/easiest. I had asked John to run the vent piping out the back of the house rather than straight out the front where the unit is located (again that would have been the easiest route but would have been an eye sore) and he did so at no extra charge, and recommended the best path for the vent pipe on the back of the house. I had just recently moved into the house and was still getting settled in, and had a lot of boxes in the path of where we decided the piping should be run inside the house. John and Dave were patient enough to give me a quick hand moving the boxes before getting started. Once they were finished with the install John took the time to explain exactly what they had done and walked me through the components of the system and how it works / what to expect. I can't say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. The extra 1/2 hour they took to make sure the install/location of the unit and piping made a major difference in my level of satisfaction with the end product, and will ensure I am happy with the job for years into the future. Between the multiple reviews I've read on Radon Systems coupled with my personal experience today - it's pretty evident that John and his crew let their work speak for itself and I'm sure stand by their work as well. It went very well. He came on time and did everything in approximately 2 hours. They left everything very clean and the job was done very neatly. He explained me everything very clearly before starting and gave me a few smart options to decide the location of the pipes (inside and outside). There were no surprises after the job was done. He gave me a lifetime warranty that the system will maintain the radon level below 2pCi/L (other provider are giving a warranty of 4pCi/L). There were not extra costs hidden, they charged me the same amount that they had told me in the estimate. I called them after checking with one of my neighbors that used the same company.

Excellent. Jean showed up on time, and explained the entire process. Very professional, courteous and very friendly guy. Before the install my radon was a whopping 11.8, afterwards, it was 0.8. Their system is amazing. The $50 off coupon brought it from $950 to $900. Highly recommend them for this type of service, and truly could not be happier with the result. He installed it so that the exhaust piping runs up behind my chimney so that it can't be seen from the street. Great job, and if I could give higher than an A across the board, I would.

I recently purchased a new home which necessitated some work around the existing radon system to 1) replace a worn motor and 2) bring the system up to code. I reached out to and literally had to chase several radon service providers before finding one to replace the motor. Unfortunately, they did not notice or care that the system was not up to code and were unresponsive about coming back to correct the problem once I discovered this. This necessitated more calls to other radon companies. I thankfully found John Spokis (owner) and Radon Systems LLC through Angie's List. John knew what was needed to bring the system to code and was very anxious to correct the problem for me. John is a real pro with lots of experience and insists on doing the job right. I only wish I had found John first.. I would not use anyone else for radon mitigation services going forward.

Was very creative in finding a way to allow a flush wall and floor. Very quick to respond to questions and some one-time items that came up. Excellent customer service - doesn't get any better.

.Dave showed up on time. He was very informative and explained in detail exactly what he would be doing and where he would be installing the system. He was extremely professional and pleasant and got to work immediately. He did all the moving of any objects in his way, carefully putting them back after he was finished, and took care of any clean up necessary. There was no interruption in our daily activities while he performed the installation and he was very efficient. I was surprised how fast he accomplished the task. Radon Systems LLC was great we called because a home we are selling came back above the EPA recommended guidelines for safe radon levels in the home. We were unaware of a radon issue until the test but we searched Angies List and found Radon Systems LLC. We called and the person answering the phone wask knowledgable and asked many questions about the home and the basement. He was able to give an accurate price quote over the phone. They were several hundred dollars lower than their competitors so we decided to give them the job. They arrived slightly late but that was due to heavy traffic on that date of the job. They were professional and installed a very clean system. We had another radon test which was included as part of their fee and that came back well below the EPA guidelines. So their system most certainly is effective. They included all warranty information which they allow to be transferred to a new owner. We were very pleased with their service and would highly recommend.

i called radon systems and John came out the next day to look at the job. I told him i needed the job done ASAP to pass a home inspection and he got the job done the same week. Radon levels dropped dramatically and i passed the home inspection with flying colors!

John was good, and Dave as well. Both personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. Our main concern was getting this radon system installed in the most discreet manner possible. He gave a quote over the phone via email and held the price even after coming to the house and accommodating all my requests. They take time to explain their product and process while answering all my questions. First rate and top notch.

John stuck with this, installing additional holes as needed until he got below 2 pCi/L (half the EPA Action Level and his warranty) at no added cost. Also was flexible about installing exhaust pipe in an unobtrusive spot, even though it wasn't easy there. Easy to work with.
