Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project.

Working with Freddy and Andrea was a great. They took the time to explain and walk us through everything they were going to do. Their crew are all hard workers and very thorough. They are now our roofers of choice and we look forward to working with them in the future.

We just had our roof replaced by Global Roofing. It was amazing to work with Andrea and Freddy. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience! We got several quotes for our roofing job, changed our mind about the material along the way (went from metal to asphalt), and Andrea and Freddy were great throughout the process. Global Roofing had the best recommendations (one of the reasons we chose them), and after working with them we know why! Communication was amazing, if there were any delays due to ordering supplies like the skylights we were immediately informed, and the final scheduling for the project was also easy. I was at work all day while they were actually doing the roof, and other than the new beautiful roof on my house I was not able to tell that any contractors were at my house all!!! They covered the house in tarps while taking the old shingles off, and the entire surrounding area of my house was spotless when they left! And the Final product looks great! A truly great company, and I am looking forward to hire them for future projects!

Excellent communication! Perhaps the best I’ve seen from a contractor. While waiting to get installation done, they checked in with me on dates and always called me back if I had questions. The took a look at the roof and suggested fixing the chimney first . We had that capped and some bricks replaced with a contractor they referred. The following week they came and did the roof and leaf gutters in 1 day. They cleaned up very well afterward. When I saw a lose shingle in the yard this spring, I called them and they sent someone out to look right away (it was just an extra shingle). The were great to work with and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Global Roofing did an excellent, professional job replacing our roof. They were on time, with all the needed crew, supplies (top of the line) and equipment to complete the job in one day. We had them replace some additional trim boards and were very satisfied. They were right in line with several other proposals.

The team was great and all paperwork and planning was handled easily with Andrea. Rain had pushed a lot of jobs, including mine but they worked with me, cane over the weekend and put together a large team to get all the work completed in one day. They treated my entire property with care and provided me with updates throughout the job. Great group to work with and the finished product looks excellent!

These guys made it easy from start to finish. Andrea was phenomenal ! The crew did a great job, not only with the roof itself but with the clean up around the property as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed their roof dealt with. A ++++

They did work, poorly, that they were not contracted to do, and did not finish work that they had agreed to do. I had two great copper downspouts attached to my copper gutters. One of these downspouts was loose and needed to be re-attached to the house with a particular type of bracket. They did not do that reattachment, they also did not properly reset the downspouts. Instead, for the one that needed to be reset and reattached, they took two pipes that were fine being loosely screwed together and did a horrible soldering job to join them into a single unit. This soldering was not discussed before and it had the effect of oxidizing the pipes and looks awful. THEN they went and soldered up a downspout that was in no way related to the repairs requested. This work they had not been contracted to do. It was in a sense an act of vandalism as they joined up these pipes in a sloppy soldering job that oxidized the pipes and made a mess of things. One contractor I have talked with has suggested that I buy all new downspouts. The price to repair their vandalism may cost more than the initial job.

Global Roofing showed up when they said they would, answered all my questions and finished the work very quickly. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

Crew was excellent. Attention to detail was the best I have ever experienced from a contractor. The extra effort put into covering shrubs and outside landscaping was beyond what I expected. Supervisor Sandy communicated with me on every detail. Follow up during and after construction by Andrea and Freddy was unexpected and appreciated. The attention to detail and precision was at a level of the highest quality. Would recommend without hesitation for any project. Their signs ae displayed on my front lawn for all to inquire about .

Went very well, very friendly and straightforward. Crew worked very quickly while still protecting the property. Great communication, Freddy and Andrea walked me through what would happen and were flexible with changes and additions.

It went well. They were very good. I had to cancel a few times but they called me even on a Sunday to remind. They are very reliable and punctual.

Used an Angies list deal for $6000 worth of work. Came and gave a complete & detailed estimate and a folder of material/ colors for a relatively typical 12/12 pitch roof. Handled the permits with the town. It was done on time as expected on an extremely hot/humid day. Very professional and would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.
