I have never had a better experience with a company. From reviewing my horrendous water condition to determining system needs, explaining and providing the install and further maintenance and repairs. Dave is amazing at getting back to you and this company cares about their customers. Every tech including Dan and Darren have always been able to patiently explain issues and even noticed I needed a new well water tank in the house before it ended up ruining my well water pump. Unbelievably grateful to have found this company.

When first moving into our new house, we were told we had hard water and high levels of sodium and chloride only to find out that we had a crack in our well shaft due to the salt from the salt put down onto the road from the town. Cliff Cummings installed a jaswell seal which corrected the sodium and chloride levels and also installed a water softening system to address the hard water. Dave explained thoroughly beforehand what was needed as well as exact estimates of how much it would cost. He was very attentive and professional as well as his co-workers. Cliff Cummings did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend them for any issues concerning well problems or maintenance.

I had major issues with my well. Dave came right out and explained in detail what was going on. Also, had the answers because of his experience and his skill set. Once we agreed on an action plan, Dave's guys were out a day later and installed an entire new system for a reasonable price. The guys were super nice and professional. Now, my water is great. He knows this business inside and out, it is not just a job for him. He impressed upon us if we were dissatisfied in ANY way to give him a call so he could address the issue. You don't find that kind of customer service anymore. They are: Knowledgeable Punctual Reliable Trustworthy Affordable Customer service friendly I've wanted to install a water softener for years. I am not sure why we waited?! My hairdresser is going to thank me ;) We have noticed an immediate difference and in the long run, we will save money. How will this happen? We will use less: soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, etc. The color in my hair will stay longer allowing me to go another week before coloring it again We will save on all the bottled water we buy. Sorry Poland Springs! We will need to use less lotion because the water softener has helped with dry skin My kid's scalps won't continue to dry out and flake so we don't need to buy special shampoo We couldn't be more pleased! Very happy with our new system our old system was over 20 years old and had seen better days. Our water has never been better, they did an install and removed the old one in no time at all. Thay are very knowledgeable and do professional work. They explained everything and told me to call if I needed any help or answered questions. I would highly recommend them.

we found cliff to be very honest with addressing the problem we had with the water system.he knew exactly what was wrong and gave us expert advice of what equiptment he would replace.he put a brand new system,explained why it needed the parts he used.his assistant was very helpful as well.we couldn't have asked for a better man for the job.it was also a big relief to know he will be servicing the equipment for us.his cost was very reasonable and from the start he gave us data xplaining the estimated final cost,etc.there is no onein our residential area that takes care of the model we have.it is a godsend to have himi recommend him to potential people who need his product and him.he is very qualified for this system and he always let you know he will be here for you. Extremely knowledgeable about what system I needed, did not try to up sell something i didn't need. Very fast response time, very clean. They left the area cleaner than it was before. Explained the system and function very easily. Highly recommend it you need water service for your house.
