We were disappointed this time. It wasn't done well. He was doing it fast as a favor because I was in the hospital and we wanted it done by the time I got home. It wasn't a good job. It wasn't cleanly done. There were gaps where it met the wood and it wasn't laying smooth. We had used him before and had been happy. We resolved everything with him. I think he was trying to handle too many things. He has always been professional.

He came in below bid. Ken Howell was great. He tried very hard to please us. The only complications we had were with his subs. He was very fair in the pricing and did good quality work.
Description of Work: I contracted them for remodeling 2 baths.
