+ 0 moreVery poorly. The demolition work was completed on time. After that the projects turned problematic. Not enough tile was ordered by Sudbury Kitchen Bath and therefore delayed the project. This was after I was told that the measurements had been made and double checked. The quality of the tile work was very poor, with a faucet opening needing to be re-tiled, excess grouting, separation of the tiled wall from the tiled floor and cracked tile. The response from the tile installer was silicon grouting - very unprofessional. There was even a problem with the A/C ducting. What a challenge and very disappointing.
Description of Work: We hired Sudbury Kitchen an Bath to remodel our master bathroom and guest bathroom. This required the gutting of the master bathroom area and significant rework of the guest bathroom.

+ 0 moreThey were great to work with when I went by the showroom and they came out to measure. But then they never called about a design and, after a month, I went with another company. I definitely got the feeling that they felt that my job was small, but a call back would have been nice.

Description of Work: Sudbury Kitchens did our complete kitchen renovation including structural evaluation and rework to open up the kitchen to the dining room. The cabinets are beautiful and great quality. The overall layout of the kitchen and storage works very well. Ed and the whole team were extremely knowledgeable and professional from the initial design phase right through to completion of every detail. All of his subcontractors also did a great job, were on time, helpful, and neat. The whole process was well-coordinated and went smoothly, on budget and as promised. The project was finished on time in spite of Ed's having to arrange for repairs when we had an unexpected leak in existing windows. We would highly recommend Sudbury Kitchens for all aspects of design and construction.
