Rusty and his crew did an excellent job removing over a dozen very tall trees in a day. The communication ahead of time was great. They arrived on time. They cleaned up after every cut. The members of the tree crew were courteous and professional. Could not ask for more. I would recommend them to anyone considering tree work.

Your team yelled at my 60 year old mother today while she was out for a walk. You were blocking both sides of the road, using a crane, and had no cones out on Route 126. You had no police detail! There was a group of 5-6 of you with no masks on. And you had the nerve to yell at my mother for walking around your truck? How was she supposed to know you guys were taking up half of the road? People walk on the sides of the road all the time, there aren't sidewalks everywhere in Sudbury and she wasn't going to walk inside your work area while you were cutting down trees. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I don't recommend a company that yells at town residents. Next time, get a police detail and use your cones that were sitting on top of your truck.

They were excellent! They were here for quite a few hours working and did a great jo.

Was late for his appt to price the job, but his crew arrived on time to do the job, worked very efficiently, created a minimum of disruption, cleaned up after themselves as they went and left our yard neat and clean.

In April (it is now November) I called Rusty's Tree Service to get a quote for the above work. It was at least a week before he called back, but he did come out and gave me an immediate estimate that I thought was an excellent price. ($700 cash vs $2400 for another reputable tree service). I agreed to the price and he said that it would be a few weeks before he could get the work done. Everything was verbal, there was no written contract. Unfortunately, he never came to do the work. I was busy/away for the summer and finally in November I called him again to see when and if he ever intended to do the work. After a week with no response, I called again. It's been over two weeks and he has not returned my call, so I am giving up.

Rusty was out right on time. All the trees were down very quickly. Yard was cleaned and they were done in a day. Rusty was very clear about the work to be done prior to coming and as usual I had some last minute changes which he was very willing to accommodate. There is no doubt in my mind he and his crew are very experienced and know what they are doing. He had the lowest price, was easy to work with and I honestly believe I got the best service regardless of the price.

They are excellent. He is an honest and good guy.

Poorly. Rusty never returned my calls. Very unprofessional. He's a local guy and I'm a long time town resident. I don't get it.
