I ordered two rugs, which were to be shipped in a week to ten days. One rug finally arrived on May 7 (over three weeks later), but it was the wrong color (I ordered black rug with rust designs, but received a black rug with red designs.) I called Rugs Done Right and told them they sent the wrong rug. They gave me a return shipping number, but told me that I would have to pay for shipping because it was the correct rug, that the rug was actually rust, but that I couldn't see the rust design as the 2X3 rug was "too small". The clerk said that I would definitely be able to see a rust color on the larger rug, which had not even been shipped yet. I told the clerk that that was preposterous and that the description label on the rug I received said "red". She told me that it didn't matter what the label said, the design was in rust. I cancelled the order on the second rug and told them that I would never order a product from them again. Fortunately, the company to which I had to return the rug, Jaipur Rugs, is not far from my job. When I called them to see if they would accept the rug from me, rather than a shipping company, they gave me a hard time, but finally relented and I am returning the rug myself tomorrow. Rugs Done Right should have more aptly been named Rugs Done Wrong.
Description of Work: I ordered a 2X3 and a 5X7 oriental rug on April 16, 2016. The 5X7 rug never arrived and the 2X3 rug was the wrong rug.
