They come out weekly; they will be out tomorrow. Last week I called them and told them not to come because the grass had not grown enough. That was the first time this year that we did not have enough grass to cut. They come out every Wednesday and have since April. He hasn't changed the price because he knows my situation, He hasn't changed as long as I have been with them. When I get my bill within two days they have their check so they like that too. I have been using them, like, 10 years now. I keep using them number one because they are right here in Sudbury. Whenever I have a complaint they will send somebody back to take care of it. Like, if they overlooked doing the edging right they will send somebody back to take care of it -- never question me. I haven't done that much, but if it really is bad I will call them. It has only been a couple of times over the years but they were very responsive without even calling me and questioning me about it because I gave them details where it was (and) then they took care of it.

Heard RNH did good work, but tried to reach them by web form and phone and no one ever returned my inquiry or phone call.

No landscaper is perfect. They come every Friday [weather permitting]. They do a great job on the lawn and annual mulching as well as tree and bush trimming. Very reliable. Rich [owner] is mediocre on returning phone calls.

I have been using them for years and they do a lowsy job. I have to find somebody new. I am going to take photographs of the yard. They dug up more of the turf of the yard. I live on a golf course. They will come 10 minutes after a rainstorm when the grass is very fragile. Their machinery messes the grass up and they never fix it. I always have to call and complain. I would recommend looking somewhere else. They come on a regular basis. I have called and e-mailed and I didn't even get a phone call back. I have been a customer for 10-12 years. You would think I would atleast get a phone call. They have never reached out to me to see how they could help me. I just have to find someone different. I was using them for so long and I didn't want to go through the trouble of finding someone new.

They charge by the job. One time when they were mowing the lawn the mower through a rock into a basement window and not only did, they insist on replacing it they did the work themselves.
