Very competent and professional electrician.

Paul is super professional and does an excellent job! This is the 2nd time we have hired him for a project.

After six weeks and three cancellations the work is still not done and I need to hire an electrician who will actually show up when they say they will. Paul is very nice and came out quickly to take a look at the job. He said he could fit in the first part of my job , the week after next ;. He kept rescheduling often the day of. This morning (six weeks after his initial visit) was the last straw. He was scheduled to arrive at 7:30. Then said he was running late and would come by at 8:30. At 8:51 he texted to say he would not be coming. I asked if he could complete the work we had discussed or should I hire another electrician? He said Hire another person. SIX WEEKS WASTED!!! He is nice and knowledgeable, but in my case did not get the work done and did not communicate well about expectations. Hire at your own risk.

Mr Chace is amazing person to work with. Besides his professional skills and knowledge what separates him out is his quality of work, punctuality and honesty. He does not charge a dime more than what it takes, he is very transparent and stays true to his estimate. In my case the final bill was 15% lower than the estimate he provided initially.
