+ -1 moreI asked them to replace the saw-burned floor. They said they would, but they never did. They were also going to remove the carpeting, and they filled up my dumpster with that carpet, instead of taking it away with them. My biggest concern, was the burned tread and lack of vent.
Description of Work: They installed hardwood floors in the stairs. The tread looks very saw-burned. My air vents were also supposed to be covered in wood, but they neglected to cover one.

+ -1 moreWe had done business with their predecessors in the same building, who did deliver, unroll, and place the carpet to our liking. Their customer service ethics were not very strong. I expect more when paying a premiium.
Description of Work: We purchased carpeting from them, and had them bind it on four sides. When it was ready (one week later) they called us. We asked if it could be delivered, and they said yes. They brought it to our front door, all rolled up, and charged $25 delivery fee (we are 1.5 miles from their warehouse.) That was their normal delivery, I was told. They brought it into the front hall under duress, but would not open it up and place it in the (empty) room. I called the manager who returned my call within 15 minutes, by which time I had called my husband from work to come help me with this.

+ -1 moreONLY FLOORING SUDBURY MET ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE CARPET DELIVERY FROM FACTORY TO THEIR STORE WAS A BIT SLOW, BUT THEY KEPT US APPRISED AND THEN DID WORK RIGHT AWAY WHEN CARPET ARRIVED. EXCELLENT WORK ALL AROUND!
Description of Work: ONLY FLOORING INSTALLED CARPETING IN 3 ROOMS OF OUR BASEMENT.
