Justin was very professional and helpful with my appraisals. I brought some jewelry I wasn't sure was worth appraising, and he guided me through the process helping me decide which items to have appraised. I left the same day with the appraisals, complete with pictures and copies for the insurance company. Some of the items I brought to be appraised needed re-sizing, and I was pleased to hear MJA provides this service. A pearl was damaged in the re-size and cleaning process, and MJA replaced this. Not only did they replace it, but Justin delivered it to my home so I wouldn't have to make another trip to the office. I mentioned I wanted my engagement ring reset, and Justin was able to provide this service as well. The finished product was beautiful, and just what I wanted. MJA does quality appraisal work and contracts with top-notch jewelers. I was very happy with the finished products of all my repairs. The customer service was terrific and Justin is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
