+ -1 moreThe job went very well. I have used Andy many times and now I have a chance to recommend him to others. Instead of wiring from the ceiling, he wired such that the majority of work was done on the lower part of the wall instead of from the ceiling where it would have been more disruptive. He used plastic drop cloths where necessary. He also repaired a fuse box covering that was not placed for easy access. He offered suggestions to deal with current old wiring problems. He thought of ways where I had immediate access to electricity since I need electricity during the course of the week. He made a total of four visits.
Description of Work: I had to rewire one half of living room of a historical building. When an unexpected power outage came about in my condo because of work done to another unit in the condo building, I wanted my electrician to come in and explain options on how to rewire. At first I wanted to rewire in a less invasive way because the living room had been remodeled in the last two years but as the project was moving along I later requested the job to be changed.

+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY GOOD AT RETURNING CALLS AND DID A GOOD JOB. HE WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT, AND HIS CHARGES WERE EXTREMELY REASONABLE. CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND TOOK RUBBISH OUT.
Description of Work: INSTALLED CHANDELIER, CHECKED LIGHTS THAT WEREN'T WORKING.
