+ -1 moreBarbara came to my house to discuss my needs for the room. She listened to my thoughts on design and colour. She then emailed me that night with swatches and renderings of some potential designs for the windows. She then brought fabric samples (e.g., 10 - 15 books) to my home for me to look over with my husband. Once we reached a decision on the fabric she then emailed me new renderings incorporating our chosen fabric. We were able tweak the design and come up with exactly what we wanted. She presented us with a proposal and we provided our 50% deposit. After about 3 weeks, Barbara called to tell us our treatments were ready and to schedule an installation. She arrived on time with her own materials and set to work installing our treatments. She installed the blind, the valance and the panels and then made sure the comforter fit perfectly. She also made us accent pillows for free! After they were intstalled she left everything clean and tidy and made sure that we were satisfied with the result. We then received the final bill in the mail.
Description of Work: Window treatment for my baby's room. Barbara Phillips custom designed and fabricated panels and a valance. She also ordered black-out blinds from Hunter Douglas. She also made a comforter and pillows to complement the window treatments. Barbara also installed all of her work.
