CARDING MILL APPRAISALS

The Appraisal went very well. I was on a short deadline and they were very understanding. Very quick turn around time. Much faster than other appraisers I had looked into.

The bank paid for it and they chose them. The appraisal was fine. There were some things with the appraisal that I might disagree with but I didn't really need to challenge it because the outcome result was what we needed so it wasn't worth my time to quibble over differences that I thought might have been in the report. There were two things that I thought were missing in the report or in error. We have beach rights that didn’t seem to be mentioned in the value of the appraisal. We have a full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first floor and a bath with a shower in the basement and the appraisal showed 1.1 baths. The woman was very friendly and said to call if we had any questions. She was very understanding. She was fine. Had I hired her, I don't think I would have had a problem either. They were extremely backlogged and she was honest. She was truthful about the timeline in getting the report. She was courteous, thorough and respectful. I had no problem with it. She came when she was supposed to. I would probably use them again.
