+ 0 moreAn excellent experience! We needed one bathroom floor to be entirely tiled and in another bathroom we needed some tiles to be removed and replaced as part of a drain repair. We had multiple tilers come to provide estimates. Tom was not the cheapest, but he was the only one who asked to see the floor from the basement below and he was the only one to identify that that the floor was not level (which he fixed for us). Tom showed up when expected, responded promptly to every call, text, and email. He finished the work on time and on budget. Tom also communicated directly with our plumber to coordinate their work schedules. He listened to what we wanted and offered solutions. Multiple times, he referred to us as partners in the project. The result is beautiful, high quality work. I can’t say enough about our experience with Tom Anderson at Anderson Tile Contracting. A+.

Description of Work: Anderson Tile was the first company we called when we were ready to start our tile project. Tom came by our home to provide us an estimate for a kitchen backsplash installation. He was very professional with a lot of experience. After he left and before we received his quote - my husband and I both thought this was a "done deal," Anderson Tile would be the company we planned to use. Unfortunately when we received the quote, it was higher than we had budgeted for. In order to confirm that we had not correctly budgeted for this project, we got 4 more quotes. All other quotes were 30% less than what Tom had quoted so we ultimately went with another company. I did provide this feedback to the company. I would definitely consider this company and if their estimate meets your budget I would not hesitate to use them.
