does not service my area money refunded

arrived late. wanted me to leave. told me how much people like him and wanted to return to do more work.

The worker was very professional and was very clean job. Came on time and finished the job on schedules.

I had spoke with Rick on many occasions to have work done... at that time he told me that he had moved quite far away from my location but would still try and honor the Angie's list deal...Well in the interim, We had a roof leak and flooding, which ended up with water damage. I ended up gutting my condo. I tried contacting Rick for some small minor repairs that my contractor did not do or do correctly. Never received a response and Pi was under a time crunch. Spoke with Lisa at Angie's List and she informed me that I can request a refund for this coupon since Rick had not performed any work for me.

I remember that he's present but he couldn't fix/change the lock on my front door although he tried, but he did the up stair drain situation very well and he he did sort of taking off bubble gum. He was there with his girlfriend or wife and I don't know if she's there to help him or I don't know what, but I didn't think it was that complicated that it won't be accomplished, so I felt frustrated and sad. I don't recommend them. He tried, was polite, and pleasant but he just seemed he didn't know enough.

He was however, proffessional and responsive.

I purchased a big deal from them. He kept rescheduling and then never contacted me back

Rick Kline was great. He did a little bit of everything. He redid a windowsill in a bathroom. He redid the moulding and the woodworking around our garage doors. He installed some tracking for some shower doors. He did a great job.

I first was in contact with Rick Kline in February. I told him what I wanted done, He said it sounded bigger than the Big Deal would cover. I said that was OK, I would pay the extra. He made an appointment to come over to do the job, confirmed it on 2/3. He never showed up. I contacted him and he and his partner had the flu. I received another email that they still had the flu. I sent an email saying I would wait for warmer weather. I contacted him on 6/10 with a job (before the 7/1 expiration date of the coupon). I heard from him later on 6/10, asking for some photos of the work I needed done. I sent photos and asked when he would be able to come and look at the job to determine what supplies were needed. I have not heard from him since. I have followed up with additional emails on 6/17 and 6/19. I tried calling him but the phone number is no longer in service. Do I have any way of getting my money back - without going to court?

I used their service sometime last summer. The service went okay. He did the job. He came in with two guys and he did say I had to pay some extra money because the deal I purchased was for either one portion or two people like I needed to know about it if I’m paying extra money or at least up front he contact me and gave me an option. He did the job and it ended up a little bit. He had to check with those wires and make sure that he didn't organize all of those as in like the deal and everything. She did give clarification but it look like the e-mail she sent didn't have that clarity. So he did stop bothering me but anyway the job was good but experience was really unprofessional. He needed to work me to make sure up front if they come in. I did pay them a little bit extra just to make them go away. He spoke with his wife and saw the e-mail that she sent me that there wasn't enough clarity there and start being an issue. I had a pretty bad customer service experience.

We initially wanted him to take down some plaster board, which was fine. It wasn't fabulous, but it wasn't terrible either. We had him do a few more things which were okay, but he did get a little whiny by the end of everything.

How did it go overall? Overall, it didn't go, at all. They/ he did nothing as they never contacted me after my simple punch list was emailed to them. Do not use them.

They repaired a window sash cord. They made great use of their time and were nice people.

Overall, an excellent experience. Rick was responsive, conscientious, honest, and thorough. He commuicated well and fully and the work done was esily within his estimate of time and materials. In fact, he was a bit ahead of schedule and asked if he could do anything else. A rare question these days! I am looking forward to using him again for household repairs.

It was very difficult pinning him down to do the work, but once we finally got it scheduled, he showed up as promised and did a good job of cleaning the deck.

I was not happy with him. He had to come back multiple times. He did not finish the project. He complained about the project and the weather. I would not use him again.

He never completed any work for me.

They did a great job fixing the shed, which was coming apart. Because the work was outdoors, I never met them - they came and went while I was at work. My only complaint is that it was a little hard to get the appointment set up - once it was set, all went smoothly.

Each job has gone extremely well. Rick is easy to communicate with, explains things clearly, and makes sure I understand what my options are when decisions have to be made. He's also good about explaining when problems come up that require an adaptation in the work I've asked him to do. His work is of excellent quality. He's very thorough and has a high level of attention to detail. Rick is also attentive to cleaning up after he finishes a job. During a recent job of refinishing a built-in hutch that took several days, he was very careful about cleaning up each day after he left so that I didn't have to walk around dust, tools, etc. while the job was in process. I own a two-family and and have to make sure my tenants' apartment is kept in good repair as well as my own. I've dealt with a lot of handymen in my years of being a landlord. Rick has become my "go-to" guy for anything that needs done on the house. I've found him easy and a pleasure to work with, and I'm very satisfied with his work.

I ended up requesting a refund as I was never able to get in contact with the service provider.

Rick came by and was very helpful and knowledgeable but unfortunately didn't have time to do our project so he referred us to other folks he knew who did an OK job but not fantastic. When we needed even more work done, we asked for his recommendations and he still couldn't fit us into his schedule so he referred us to someone who was great that we have used a few times now.
