We had an extremely positive experience throughout the process of replacing our deck and adding a screen room. There was excellent communication from start to finish and we always knew what was happening. Everyone involved was very professional. The workers were courteous, hard-working, and attentive to details and the quality of the work they were doing. They did an excellent job. We can't wait to enjoy our new deck and screen room!

Mike and his team from RORHI are a great, hard working group of guys.Iâ m so fortunate that I found them after getting a few other estimates. They did the extra work like stripping the house of the old clapboard and making sure the house was insulated before installing the top notch Certainteed brand vinyl siding. We also had our three porches renewed with Trex decking and Certainteed railings and I will never have to paint this house again for as long as I live! I had three estimates prior to getting an estimate from Mike and none of them wanted to do the work required like stripping the house first because itâ s such a big house and itâ s very high. Itâ s a very large project to take on. These guys were always here everyday on time and even early many days before 7am and worked long days everyday even in the rain to complete the job. They took the time to do the job the right way and when I had any special requests they worked with me to make my vision happen. I would not hesitate to recommend Remodel or Renew Home Improvement because they do the job the right way and use the highest quality materials! Thank you so much Mike! We love our home now! It was a pleasure to work with Roy and his crew. Roy promptly responded when I initially contacted him, quickly came to assess the job which he discussed with me as we evaluated our front stairs, rear stairs, and side deck. His estimated price was reasonable and turned out to be right on target. The quality of the work was good as was the cleanup. He had been recommended by a friend of mine and I, too, recommend him highly.

They were able to do a great job with building the stairs from my yard to the deck (a full story climb) within about 2 days. They were able to accelerate the project as well when the lumber company delivered several weeks earlier than expected.

I was looking to rebuild my 16' X 8' deck and add a step-down 16' X 16' section. I contacted Home Advisor to see who in my area could do the job and within the hour received a call from owner Michael Christopher. We met at my home the next morning at 6:30AM and walked through my requirements. Michael provided a three-dimensional drawing on his iPad and we selected materials. As soon as the materials arrived, the job started and within 9 days was completed from pouring new footings to cleaning railings and balusters at the contracted price! My wife and I are thrilled with the deck and could not be happier with the responsiveness, the service, the professionalism, the value, and the quality of workmanship! If you have a job that needs to be done well, I highly recommend Remodel or Renew Home Improvement.

If you want the short answer: we are super happy with the work. The more detailed answer: Each member of the company was professional. Mike made a point to be on site the first day.. He ensured we were comfortable and understood each step in the process as well as provided a timeline they would follow. The craftsmanship was beautiful. As a hobbyist carpenter/cabinetry maker I appreciated the fine lines and attention to detail our crew made. Their work was as clean as my own interior work and really makes the outside of our house nicer. They removed my old front porch which supports a modest roof, installed new footings, framed out and lagged ledgers to the house (which sounds normal but the original was not done this way when the house was built in 87), used all trex composite materials for decking and molded railings, and pvc wrapped all posts in 6x6. The new stairs they built are beautiful and as they made them to code they were able to add one more which will make it so much easier for my elderly father to visit (he hasn't visited due to the daunting front stairs). I can't say enough good things about Mike and his crew. I will admit that their pricing is not ultra competitive. I imagine they compensate their workers for the excellent craftsmanship... but they did come in about 10% higher than the average. I believe I got more than 10% better than the average craftsmanship though. I look forward to requesting more quotes and seeing if we can do more business for siding and an additional leisure deck in back. I hope with the price of materials coming back down to earth my next projects will be more competitive in pricing. We are super happy with the work and would highly recommend them.

After my previous contractor (Dave) stole my money, I search for someone to correct and finish my deck. I am glad to get RORHI as not only did they work with me but fixed and completed the work timely and great.

RORHI overall did a great job tearing down my old deck and installing a new Trex deck. The guys took two days for the job - efficient and quality work. I can recommend them without exception.

12 X 12 screened in porch with a 12 X 8 Deck off the end of the porch. Mike the owner, Devyn the Salesman, and Inmar the Job Forman were professional and responsive in all matters. The day to day crew had some rotating members but all were competent and respectful. The Job was completed faster than promised and we were more than pleased with the finished product. One minor issue was noticed after job completion and payment, Notified them and it was fixed within 2 days. We would highly recommend
