The project was top not. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walk through many of times to accommodate our schedule. The final project turned out perfect!

In a time, that friends were getting excuses about delays I was getting work done and done well! They were upfront about expectation and cost. Their ideas to solve limitations were invaluable. I 100% recommend Remodel or Renew.

This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to put an addition on. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! I will have to remember next time that remodeling is a bit of a noisy process, but I can handle the noise for such a beautiful outcome! You will not be disappointed!

My overall experience with this company left me with no complaints. I was given a price a fair price by Mike. He managed the job site and always made sure his customer (me) was satisfied. The crew working were very polite and built us a beautiful deck! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone!

Our deck was finished at the end of December 2021. In the spring, I noticed that the gutter they attached to the top of the deck for drainage was done in a very sloppy and incorrect manner. When I reached out to the owner, Michael Christopher, he just blew me off. He said he would come to look at it but never got back to me. When I called him back to see if he was ever going to stop by and look at what I was referring to, he said he did and he thought it looked fine. When I tried to explain the problem, he said it was my husband who wanted it done that way and I do agree that my husband asked them to attach the gutter as close to the deck floor leaving as small a space as possible since we have had problems with birds getting into the small space and build their nests and then we have to remove them from their new home. My response is at least come to the home and discuss the situation instead he just told me to stop harassing him or he would call his lawyer. (only 3 calls, I made to him). Once to tell him the problem, 2 to follow-up and 3 to ask if he was going to fix it. The feeling I got from this company is once they have finished the job, they do not want to ever hear from you again. They basically take the money and run. I will never use this company or recommend them for any job in the future. I agree, we asked for the gutter to be moved up higher so the birds could not build a nest inside (if you want to call that our fault, then I guess it is) but any good construction person would be able to do something as simple as that in a neat professional manner. In fact on other decks I saw built online, they mount the gutter to the back underside of the deck so you cannot even see it out front, so at least if they did a horrible job, you could not see it from the front, vs having the eyesore I have now. For the price we paid of $32,000 for a 12 x 18 ft deck, I think we have the right to call them back to fix something that looks unprofessional. We also asked for gray gutters and gray downspouts and they told me they could not get them. I know that is a lie because I have someone I have hired to fix their mess who have several colors of gray to choose from. I am more than happy to share a picture of the sloppy workmanship with anyone who would like to see it. In addition, throughout the whole job, we never saw the owner on the job once. He hires workers to get his jobs done and I question if they are master installers of trex products. As the owner of a company, take responsibility for the work being done. The cost does not reflect the job done. Very disappointed.

Really thorough attention to detail. They took time to make sure everything was structurally sound and looked really nice. I would definitely use this company again.

My experience with this company was amazing right from the phone call to set up quote appt all the way to the very end. The crew was very punctual, neat, precise and always had the customer in mind. I am so pleased with the deck addition as well as the remodeling of our porches. Wonderful company! Would hire again for other home projects on the future.

We had two decks rebuilt. The carpentry is great, and the work ethic of the deck builders was amazing. However, during construction, materials were set directly on the grass, not saw horses, destroying the grass. During the demo, a concrete step was broken that was not fixed. Nails and trash were left all over the place. The workers had no access to a bathroom or other facilities. The project manager needed to be reminded of building department inspections and miscommunicated to the deck builders what kind of railing was to be installed. It took nearly two weeks for the remaining materials and trash to be picked up, and we are still waiting to get a proper invoice. Multiple reminders needed to be sent each time we tried to get in touch with the project manager. The project was completed nearly a month ago. Communication with the project manager is extremely frustrating. 

The company was extremely professional and produced top quality work. Communication could be improved, but they were flexible when they needed to be and more importantly, efficient.

Great job from beginning to end. Hard working and talented carpenters did a fantastic job on replacing and then installing a new deck. Would hire again

We can't say enough good things about our project! The owners are always responsive to any questions, and the workers were extremely professional, polite and excellent at their crafts.

We did a lot of research on local contractors and obtained several quotes before we decided on Remodel or Renew Home Improvement for our new 20â x 16â Trex Enhanced deck. We are so glad we did! They responded to our request for an estimate within hours and provided a detailed quote after we met with our project manager, Devyn. He worked with us on several ideas we had and some unique challenges with our new deck installation to the point where we were more than satisfied with the proposed design, size, and cost. The materials arrived sooner than expected and Mike, co-owner, contacted us to schedule a start date. Devyn and the foreman Emar kept us informed and answered our questions throughout the installation. The crews that worked on our deck did a great job, from their attention to detail and expert craftsmanship to cleanup and finishing touches. A special shout-out to Carlos, who worked on our deck throughout the installation â he was awesome. One of the owners, Tom, came to see the deck after completion and we were proud to show it off. Everyone from Remodel or Renew said we would love our new deck and they were right! We highly recommend Remodel or Renew Home Improvement.

I had an old, rotting deck removed and a new one built in it is place. They also remind bed a large hot tub. The men who worked on the deck were amazing. They were careful in their work and the quality of their work is incredible. Orlando and Brian were especially kind in answering the many questions I had while the work was going on. The end result is a deck that is not just beautiful but safe for our family.

The quality of the work & products used are high. The customer service & communication needs help. As a customer you need to be involved in the process. Bottom line, I would hire them again.

Cooperative. Knowledge of what needed to be done. Prompt. Good work ethic.

Do not hire for doors and windows they do not know what they are doing. We had to part ways. Installed wrong door, installed broken window. Left the inside of the home a complete mess. Started work then did not show up for two days, it just goes on and on. Very bad experience.
