Remodel or Renew Home Improvement

We researched contractors for a month, got 3 quotes and compared them to each other. 2 were close in pricing , the other was 40% more, probably because the big name and high pressure tactics. In the end we hired Remodel or Renew home Improvement. The professionalism and care they showed us in the bidding process transferred to the install. They started the job (a 16x16 deck, TREX) on a Thursday, had the inspections and finished a beautiful deck in a week. We are thrilled with their care for our home and the ease of the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used Remodel Or Renew Home Improvement to replace a door I had installed not long ago. I had water coming in and the old contractor was nowhere to be found. The owners Tom and Mike came to my house identified the issues and had a crew here the next day. I cant recommend this company enough. I was loosing sleep with water coming into my basement. Very prompt and responsive. Work was done quickly, friendly staff all throughout. Wish we had more visibility into the end product before it was done - we didn't expect the patio to be built up instead of down, and now we need stairs. Overall, good experience.

When specifying the work you want done, be sure it is completely identified in writing on the contract. There was a small miscommunication and we did not get a second ada railing on the front steps. Otherwise, workers, workmanship, and materials are outstanding. Price seemed a little high, but we got top quality.

This team did an amazing job replacing my old deck with a new, beautiful, well-constructed new one. It took about 1 week from start to finish to tear down my old 12 x 12 ft deck and complete the new one just as Mike the owner told me when we signed the contract. Despite the quick construction time, the team did high quality work and cleaned up the area when the work was done. I highly recommend them for your home improvement projects.

The team was efficient, tidy, friendly, and professional. The work turned out exactly as described, and communication was excellent.

I spoke with Tom when I called to have someone come give me an estimate on a deck what a great guy, he made me feel very at ease, he sent out his sales person Devyn Shea who I can't say enough about he worked with me the whole way through great sales person! The guys came and did such a wonderful job, they were so professional & they cleaned up every night before they left, I definitely will be using them here on in with every project in my home!

Gary, the lead for the project, was always on top of the details. He provided an extremely competitive proposal after discussing our specifications. He was always reachable. The 4 workers were top rate. They worked efficiently and attended to every specification. They never cut corners. If you want a project that requires an official permit this is the best.

Gary came out and told me exactly how they'd replace my deck. He spared me the sales pitch that other contractors gave me, which I really appreciated. The materials actually arrived sooner than expected, and they started work early (when has that ever happened?). The crew demolished my old 8'x18' deck and replaced it with a new, code-compliant deck in 4 business days. They did excellent work and kept me up to date on progress the whole time. They took the care to blend in the new deck with my existing vinyl siding. The whole thing looks great and is solid. I'm extremely happy with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend Remodel or Renew.

All Materials needed for the job were delivered prior to starting the work. Having everything there made it possible to complete the work in 3 1/2 days, Everyday the site was completely cleaned up prior and after the work was completed. great job highly recommend them.

The crew were hard working and the management team were very responsive to any requests or feedback provided to close out punch list items. The crew were very friendly and felt comfortable with the team on-site at all times.

There were a couple of detail issues but were corrected when pointed out. When completed, they had done a great job.
