Michael was courteous and answered my calls, great communicator . His crew did an awesome job with my portico and door.

Michael was the ONLY one who responded to be out of 20 different companies when I had a leak from my living room window during a storm in November. Not only did he respond, he showed up in two days and I got the repair done in 3 weeks that was supposed to be at least 6 weeks. I’m so impressed and grateful at the quality of work and efficiency. Will def be asking Michael to replace all of the rest of our windows!!

We had been looking for months for someone to do our porch off our house. Remodel or Renew Home Improvement came out gave us a far estimate. Within two weeks they were here and in two days it was they were done. Porch looks great. Thank you so much.

We had to replace our exterior rotting trim. Michael came right out to give us a quote. We went with him because of the great reviews and his personality. Gave us a fair price. Michael was very accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, between COVID and some supply-chain problems, the deck repair project took longer than expected, but that was not the fault of RORHI. When the materials did finally arrive, his people showed up on time, did quality work, and cleaned up impeccably. I would certainly consider RORHI for additional projects.

We encountered issues with vendors, and Mike was on top of it. The crew was respectful, efficient, and took care of the workspace. We are happy with the storm windows they installed.

Michael was so easy to work on this large project which I had to oversee from Texas. We gifted a new deck to my parents for their home when their old one needed replacing. After many interviews (4) by my dad, he felt Michael was the guy for the job. He definitely was the perfect pick. Full of patience and understanding, he updated my elderly parents daily and did an exceptional job of keeping their worries and concerns alleviated. I could not have been happier after the disappointment of having Covid concerns keep me away. The deck is amazing. Large, sturdy, with under deck drainage to allow for protected storage beneath the deck. It coordinates perfectly with their home. Michael also took the time to collaborate with the spa company so that when the hot tub is delivered the deck will be ready to support the load. Top Quality!! Worth every penny.

A friend hired this company to replace his deck. We liked their work so much that we hired them to replace our deck. They started on the project quickly and worked efficiently. We had a misunderstanding about a couple of details, but the owner worked with us to make sure that the crew addressed our concerns and that we were satisfied with the final product. We are very pleased with how our new deck turned out. We would hire this company again as well as recommend them to friends.

The crew that built my deck were fantastic. In 1 day, they dismantled the old, started the new. They take care to ask questions to confirm intent, make sure to attend to details, and the workmanship was exceptional. Well mitered corners and trimmed end boards where others just slap wood together . Highly recommend this company.

Contacted this company for soffit repair. Made an appointment for them to come by the same day to quote an estimate. Very pleasant introduction with business card upon arrival. Respectfully wearing face mask upon entering my home. Thank you! They came to give me an estimate and spent 20 minutes repairing the soffit at no charge. They took the time to quote a price for replacement should that be necessary in the future. Very pleasantly surprised! Will definitely call them in the future for home improvement needs.

They did beautiful work. They were fast and had great communication throughout the process.

The carpenter subcontracted from this company was substandard. The exterior trim around the windows were installed with 4" long interior screws and were not even counter sunk. The brick moldings around the window extruded over the sill noses. Not all of the rotted molding was changed. The majority of the carpenter's line items on the bid proposal/contract were not done. I called Remodel of Renew and they had the carpenter come back out but I didn't see any change except for putting a single piece of brick molding on the gable vent trim that already had 3 sides of flat molding. I have pictures of all of the work. I was hoping that I could upload to prove my case. In the end, Remodel or Renew Home Improvement returned half of the cost of the job due to poor carpentry. I hired another carpenter to fix all of the substandard work costing me many $1000. Aside from the carpentry, Remodel or Renew Home Improvement special ordered some shutters that just arrived a few days ago. The person that delivered the shutters threw them on ground outside our garage and several of the shutter boxes were damaged as well as 2 shutters. Not sure what I can do!
