From the very first moment we contacted RORHI to have them review our project and provide us with a quote until the completion of the deck we knew we were dealing with professionals and fine craftsmen. The crew who did our project were very skilled and worked through all kinds of weather to complete the job. Absolutely amazing company workers were on time on point not one flaw in the work...our decks and porch with stairs PERFECT the owner Chris absolutely amazing and awesome to work with ....christopher the owner is such gentleman and perfectionist of his business as if it was his own home...that said I will continue to use this company only to finish at some point our whole house I will at that time post a beautiful picture of my home fully redone by RENEW AND REMODELING.... thank you so so much for your expertise wish we had more companies like this particular company

Mike and Devyn were greats at communicating every step of the project. Completed ahead of schedule. Omar and his team built our front farmers porch in 5 days and showed up at 730 everyday. One of the hardest working teams I’ve seen. They did an amazing job. Would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

It was a small deck to the back door rotted out and needed to be replaced. I kept a good eye on them and complained a lot. It was April fools day. when I paid for the new deck, I said April fools. They did a great job for the money . It came out great and i am very happy with a solid safe back deck. It was raining when they started and cold but it was finished very fast. The rain stopped mid morning and in just a few hours I had a new deck.

We were hoping to get an early start on building out a new deck overlooking our yard. Michael came out a day after reaching out to contractors and had a quote for me by the end of the week - much faster (and better value!) than the other quotes I found. Our expectations were set knowing it might be a month or so before we got materials and a completed deck, but after a week and a half they were already building! If it wasn't for some missing parts, they would have finished in less than a week! We couldn't be more happy with our new deck and have already been taking advantage of every warm day to hang out and grill. Greate job!

Anthony and Steven did a great job on rebuilding our front porch. They are skillful, and took pride in their work. Mike was communicative throughout the job, and I appreciated him checking in while the work was going on. We already have recommended Mike to some friends. If we need work done, I will go to Mike first.

Michael was extremely prompt, professional and courteous throughout all phases of our project. We had an old, beyond-repair, 8-person in-ground spa/hot tub built into our redwood porch that needed to be chopped up and removed. We also needed to have redwood boards installed where the spa was. Michael responded to my inquiry the same day, visited the job site within a day, gave us an estimate and started work within a week. He also made good suggestions regarding staggering the new redwood boards so that the deck would look more blended. His suggestion was perfect. Other than the different color of the newer redwood (which the area will all be stained the same color), you cannot tell a spa was once built into the porch. The entire area looks beautiful and the project only took one day, with the crew arriving early and working non-stop throughout the day. The crew was also great cleaning up and respecting Covid protocols. Michael also suggested a stainer/painter , which we greatly appreciated, who contacted us immediately and is coming to give an estimate in a few days. Overall exceptional customer service from start to finish and excellent, quality work by Michael and his crew. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Mr. Christopher and his men's did a great job. They complete as scheduled and they clean up when finished. I will hire them again.
