Guys were quick 12x12 deck from scratch up to code and done right in 2 days Michael and Devyn are the two I dealt with as far as customer service/ownership both great would recommend them to anyone especially for deck work

Mike Christopher the owner is responsive, dependable and does top notch work as does his highly qualified staff. He worked with me on a custom wooden carport that matches beautifully with my home. He took the time needed to make sure my needs were met regarding quality and color of product. His recommendations were excellent. He has much experience working with town permits and he was able to secure my permit without a hitch. The final product is just beautiful and receives many complements from my friends and family. In addition to the quality of the work, the customer service is exceptional. He stays in contact with you throughout the project and does not leave you hanging. My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! The crew on-site worked a long day and showed outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism on all aspects of the project. I also had Mike and crew install a new front deck for me. It is so beautiful and is just what I hoped for. Actually better than I hoped for! I can't wait to have Mike and Co. back next year to redesign and replace my rear deck and railing. I am so happy not to have to think about sanding and staining my cedar shingles!

They tore down my front porch and built a new one. The customer service with this company is outstanding. There were a few issues with materials but Michael addressed and corrected the issues timely. I love my porch and I would definitely hire them for other jobs.

Wow, where do I begin. I am so pleased with this company, they were so obliging and went out their way to make sure I was happy with the results. Mike is very easy and pleasant to work with. The crew was awesome, they measured and remeasured making sure it was accurate. They even suggested things to me to make sure my deck and pergola was stable and able to withstand high winds. I love my new deck and pergola because they did exactly what I wanted. They are the best! I have now hired them to install vinyl siding on my house. Trust me you will be extremely happy with them. If you have any projects you need to have done, you need to hire this company.

The customer service was exemplary. Got a quote on the same day they looked it over. They waited while I checked out other offers. Remodel or Renew was the least expensive and they scheduled the deck work in a timely manner and showed up on schedule--at a time when others could give me no firm timeline. There was a glitch with the wrong measurements on the first day, but they came right back the next day and fixed it, and still finished in three days. My family and friends are loving it and it's gonna be a great summer.
