Description of Work: On Tuesday, our 15 year old washing machine broke. He came out within hours to look at the problem. It was decided that a new one was needed. He offered a top of the line LG washer at a great price and also suggested that I get a new LG dryer (my 15 year old one was also ready for the appliance graveyard) It was an offer that I could not refuse. The two appliances were installed the next day in less than an hour - and on schedule.
