+ -1 moreThings went well to start. Saulo was very punctual at first he and he asked we sent him an email so he had our contact information. We did. It went sideways from there. A few days later we get a text asking for our details. We resent them. He gave us a quote, which was high for less then one day's work ($1,800). We asked if he would consider $1,500. We had quotes from others as low as $1,200. A week goes by and we hear nothing. Sent him a text to check in given the email challenges. We get a less then professional response. A jackal and hyde routine. It seems if we're not willing to be price gouged and chase him, he's not interested. His loss. We had two other, sizable projects that he could have had, but he chose to not be flexible.

Description of Work: The search is over! I will never hire another carpenter again. Saulo is professional, meticulous, detailed, reasonable, personable, trustworthy and talented. I was thrilled with the work he did for my family.
