Everyone from the staff answering the phones to the inspector (Michael Howe) were professional, knowledgeable and kept the customer first and foremost. Michael explained everything while going through the inspection, gave a wrap up summary, then the company provided a 70 page inspection report via email within 24 hours, also with a few summary pages. The company also provides a three ring binder to the customer with homeowner/system information, very helpful!
