Doug and his sons are very reliable, professional and do great work. We have had Zeolla work on our house for multiple issues and every issue was resolved. Doug takes the time to learn about the heating/plumbing system you have installed at your house. This allows him to fix any problems that arise and get it done right the first time. I would highly recommend Zeolla Plumbing for any heating/plumbing issues that arise.

I needed a leaking steam pipe fixed. I used Angies List to identify plumbers in my area and came up with Zeolla Plumbing as being being one of the best rated plumbing companies within a 10 mile radius. I called them at 9;00 a.m. and scheduled someone to comeout before 12:00 p.m. Doug came as scheduled and had the leak fixed by 12:30 p.m. The only issue was time spent travelling to their plumbing supply house to get the needed part. Unfortunately they did not have an account with the closest supply house thus this added to the cost.

Zeolla's Plumbing and Heating are very professional. The plumper was reliable and curtious.

I cannot rave enough about the service I received from Zeolla! Doug was more than helpful with answering questions, troubleshooting issues and giving the fairest price around. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and even was concerned regarding my safety, something I doubt other companies would do! Doug was very responsive and the ease of setting up a date for installation was ideal due to my hectic schedule. The installation was done by Doug's son and sister; a true family business. They were courteous, clean, and respectful. They arrived when they said they would and had the job done quickly and effectively! I will certainly be returning here for any future work needed. Thank you thank you thank you Doug! You were truly a lifesaver and I am so grateful for your service.

I called at 3:50p and left a voicemail and was called back immediately. We scheduled to get a quote for the work for the next day, but I had to reschedule that night for the day after. When he arrive he took a look at the issue and was able to get me a quote relatively quickly. At which point he told me that he would be back in an hour with the parts he needed to do the job. Everything went very smoothly. He also quoted me on some additional work that I would need down the line.

I found Zeolla Plumbing (Doug) on Angie's list and called him Thursday night @ 6;30pm when problem occurred and he answered my call ...I explained what happened and since it was not an emergency at that moment, I just couldn't use the sink for the time being... he said would be able to come over Friday to evaluate the situation ...we set up a time I would call him early afternoon and I left a message and he promptly returned my call within 15min and we planned a time he would be there later that afternoon ...he was very curteous and evaluated the problem, then left to get the supplies he needed and returned within 45 minutes with his co-worker ... and within about a half hour my problem was fixed! They were both very proffessional and courteous, as well as respectful to not make a mess ...I thought price was fair considering the prompt response and I would definitely use Zeolla Plumbing again! They came twice, once to disconnect my plumbing during demolition phase, then back to reconnect. This was the first time I've had a project like this done so was surprised it took most of the day. They did the work on a Saturday, which I was grateful for since I had been without kitchen plumbing for several weeks. Work was thorough.

Excellent plumber. He arrived on time and installed new bathroom sink and kitchen faucet. He also did not charge us for the extra time it took to go buy proper faucet as the one we bought did not fit properly. Old school honesty goes a long way these days. Will use Zeolla Plumbing in the future.

Just as everyone was trying to get ready to go to work/school I was greeted by complaints of other family members having used all of the hot water.Our hot water heater died unexpectedly and water was gushing out of the bottom. I called my plumber and discovered he was out of commission following hip surgery. I found Doug Zeolla on Craigs list and called his number hoping to hear back from him. He responded within the hour and went out to look at the heater within two hours. He provided me with a quote and we arranged for him to bring a new water heater the following morning for installation. He was quick, courteous and very professional and answered all of my questions. He made the process easy for me right when I had too much going on at work to take time off. I was pleased with the price as I had expected to have to pay more given the immediate need for service and the fact that I was not a regular customer. I have since spoken to my regular plumber who let me know he is retiring so I will be contacting Doug Zeolla for future plumbing needs.

Derek was simply fantastic. His attention to detail and effort to satisfy my own attention to detail was outstanding. Extremely competent and pleasant. CLEARLY he was a good student in plumbing school! He installed a Bradford White 50 gallon short version water heater for me. It was the unit I preferred. Installation was done with precision and thoughtfulness. Just a terrific job. And by the way, their price was the most reasonable of the five plumbers I contacted, AND also the most responsive. They have a great formula for doing business successfully. I had no problem providing a nice tip at the end. :) Way to go, Zeolla!

Came to our townhouse that we are selling to evaluate some issues that were found during our home inspection. I called Doug on a Sunday and he texted me back almost immediately and said he would call me that evening. Sure enough he called as promised that evening. He arrived at our home perfectly on time. We discussed future work for the new home we are purchasing. He gave me a rough cost estimate but encouraged me to seek out other estimates from other plumbers. Today I had my home inspection on the home we are buying. There were some issues that had come up and I wanted Doug to come and look at the issues and provide an estimate. I sent him a text message to see if he happened to be in the area. Within 30 minutes, Doug was at the house. I really appreciate his promptness, professionalism and honesty. I will definitely be using Zeola plumbing again in the near future! Thanks, Doug!!

It went extremely well. Doug Jr. arrived on time with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He was here about an hour and did a terrific job. Afterward he cleaned everything up and left. Exactly what we needed. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Replacement and hookup of new water heater to existing system was performed quickly and professionally. Representatives were punctual and friendly.

One night after loading dishes and washing up my hands, I heard what sounded like a waterfall. I ran to my family room only to find water literally pouring out of the ceiling. I immediately called a plumber who I had a few experiences with and thought highly of. The ?on-call? guy contacted me who tried to ?talk me through? the process of shutting off the water to my home. I?m not DIY person, didn?t even know where the valve was and felt utter frustration when he refused to believe I had no way of knowing where/how to do this. With water streaming in, I didn?t even know where it was coming from. When he went on to tell me he lived an hour away? and I needed to do this, I asked if anyone else was available. He responded negatively and I asked which way he was driving as I knew his area very well (and maybe, if it were 8:30 am, I could understand the whole hour business but it was 8:30 at night on a Tuesday. I thought maybe he thought I lived somewhere else so tried to be helpful in suggesting other routes (arguably, I was desperate for someone, anyone to help stop the water!!) Instead of him being compassionate or understanding, he proceeded to yell and scream at me on the phone. As a woman in the business world, I have NEVER been treated like this in my entire life by anyone, either personally or professionally. I finally told him so and though he did apologize, the damage was done. Most disappointing was management seemed to alibi the behavior (I didn?t call them to ?squeal? but thought it odd that they had not called the next day to schedule someone else. They brought it up first and I?m sad that whatever tale their plumber told, was not representative of the facts. Anyway, I had to move onward so I contacted another ?big name? plumber out of desperation and they sent a guy to check it out. As if to add insult to injury, this guy took some pictures of the cabinet and pipes with his iPhone and charged me $160 after consulting with his boss. I don?t blame the plumber but blame his boss/part owner of this once amazing company that has gone downhill big time. After speaking to his boss at the?big name? plumbing company, I was told they would have to hire a carpenter to ?consult? as the granite would have to be removed because the cabinet would not support the granite if they cut into it to get to the pipe. They left us hanging with a kitchen that could not be used, smelly water that was still in the dishwasher and never called us back by end of day promised with some sort of update/schedule. We had to call them several times to find out what the deal was no one ever got back to us. I tried to call the boss but was always grilled for my name and address before being sent to his voicemail. I mean I get the name bit but he must get a LOT of complaints if he?s screening people based on their address. On to the next. Out of desperation, I wracked my memory for the name of a plumber that had come highly recommended by former colleagues. When I couldn?t reach my former co-workers to get the name, I was so happy to find them here on Angie?s list?.Zeolla Plumbing of Stoughton. Zeolla is everything I was told by my friends and more. All of the praise bestowed upon them by other Angie?s list members is absolutely true. Within minutes of leaving a message on their voicemail, I was contacted by the owner who was empathetic as I explained my problem. He noted that he would send a plumber within an hour. I hoped for the best but expected to be disappointed. Not only was the plumber kind enough to let me know he was en route but he also arrived in under an hour. These folks are the best and fixed my problem far quicker than expected and nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Whereas the big name plumber portrayed it as an almost gut job, Zeolla gave me an honest assessment and provided exceptional customer service. The plumber that came was so courteous and polite that my utter frustration from the other two experiences was quickly washed away even before he got started. After he completed the job, he tested the new pipes several times, explained the process to me and even though I?m no plumber, I could tell he was an expert at his job. He also made sure he cleaned up every bit of dust and brought his own vacuum! I have no connection to this company and highly recommend them. They are very deserving of every accolade and the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work. Thank you Zeolla family plumbing.

They arrived on time ready to go. They finished cleaned up and took out all waste and old pipes well ahead of schedule. Doug and Derek were very professional, knowledgeable and went about the job without any wasted effort. Moved a washer and dryer to get at what they needed and made sure no damage to either item. while they were there I had them install new shut-offs for hoses which saved us some money. I would definitely use them again.

I had called a number of plumbers that I had thought serviced my area. Most of them were either unresponsive or told me that my home was not in their service area. Initially, Doug said the same thing. However, he told me to call him back if I was unable to find someone. As it happens, I did not find anyone else. I contacted Doug around 8PM. He told me he would make an exception and come out to help me out. Doug arrived on time, was pleasant, professional and clean. The price was a little more than some competitors, but Doug's willingness to come out to get things working for me went above and beyond and his quality work was worth the little bit extra. I would fully recommend Zeolla to others.

Arrived promptly, very courteous and professional. Performed job as promised. We have already booked him for more plumbing in our house. Would use again and recommend him to others.

We called Zeolla on a Monday asking if they could come out Friday to give us an estimate to replace very old drain pipes. Doug told us that he would come that night. He showed up right on time and told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. The estimate was very good for the amount of work that needed to be done. While he was there he also inspected all of our other pipes. We hired Zeolla and Doug and his son showed up a half hour early the following Thursday morning. Doug went over the whole job with his son and told him what we were expecting to be done. His son was very courteous and completed the job perfectly and they didn't charge us a penny over the estimate. My husband and I would definitely use Zeolla again and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
