Doug & his son were great! He was also quick to respond to my text messages and answered all my the questions. Installation took one full day w/ a second day for clean up. Price included cost of tankless unit (Navien NPE-Advanced), removal of leaking water heater tank, and installation. As a licensed plumber, he got a plumbing permit plus once the job was complete, he scheduled for a plumbing inspector to give a final approval. I will definitely be contacting him for future additional plumbing work. Thanks Doug for your work!

This company is awesome I have a old house about 100 years old and the plumbing had to be upgraded they did a great job.They came on time and return your phone call. I will hire them for all my plumbing needs

The son, Doug, has done all the work. I was able to have someone come to our home right away when our water heater sprung a leak. Likewise, they came right away when a water pipe burst this week. It's great to have a reliable plumber! Doug is so polite and courteous. In addition, he explains everything that he does. When I have called the main number, I have spoken to the father. If he is not available, he calls back right away. I could not ask for better customer service!! For now on, will only be using this company for all our plumbing and heating needs - both for our home and for our rental units.

We contacted Zeolla Plumbing & Heating, as we needed a toilet repaired. We did not have the strength nor the tools to complete the repair ourselves. Doug Zeolla arrived early. He immediately evaluated the problem and quickly repaired it. He stayed to test his repair and instantly saw another future potential problem. One of the two brass bolts was nearing the breaking point. He removed the faulty bolt and replaced it with a brand new brass one. Doug went the extra mile and also replaced the second bolt, using the logic that the second bolt would very quickly disintegrate too, as they were both installed at the same time. I love it, and very much appreciate it, when a vendor solves the current problem and then sees and solves future problems. It is a real talent which most vendors do not have. We need more vendors, in all fields, who solve customer problems. It is so helpful and refreshing! Doug Zeolla was professional, fast, hardworking, pleasant, easy to work with, and cleaned up the entire area before he left. He was very knowledgeable and did not mind my asking questions. He thoroughly answered them all. It was a terrific pleasure to work with the Zeolla Company. They are wonderful people. There's a father and two sons. They're excellent. I'm very pleased with them. They're very good. It seems like a fair price. When you need them, they come on the same day. I've called them three times and they've been here on the same day. Quality is very good. The professionalism is very good.

I texted Zeolla Plumbing and Heating on Sunday night (during the Super Bowl no less) because my hot water heater burst. Douggie Sr. replied not to worry and that his son (Douggie J(r)) could replace the thing on Monday morning (keeping in mind that we are expecting a Nor'easter that day). Douggie J showed up, popped in a top of the line water heater and we were back in business in under a few hours. Well, it doesn't get any better than that and if things went any faster, they would have had to start the job several hours before I called. LOL In my job, I work with many vendors, and you don't find any better than Zeolla Plumbing and Heating.

I called on Sunday afternoon thinking it was an emergency. . He came out in half an hour and surveyed the problem. We made the deal for two days later. They were prompt, efficient, quiet and polite and extremely professional. Cleaned up and moved on. great job.

The entire project was a mess, he quoted $400-500 and came up with a final bill of $650 for labor and $50 for a disposal fee. My father tried contacting the owner after getting the $700 bill, and the owner said he was "trying to get out of paying the bill", my father then explained that things were leaking. The owner had his son go back out to my fathers to "fix" the leaks, which didn't get done. He removed copper, and brass fittings put them in my fathers Rubbermaid dish pan and took the pan and parts with him when he left. Before leaving he didn't say bye, he just left. I'm so upset that I sent this man to do this work at my fathers, and hes now left with wobbly bathroom sink, leaking toilet, and scratched floor. If it was a quality job, he wouldn't mind paying, but I could have done a better job. I don't trust them to come back out and fix anything because they don't know what they're doing.

I had used Zeolla Plumbing a couple of months ago to replace a disposal and was very happy with their service and price. So when I found my hot water heater leaking early this morning, I called them again. My call was returned within a minute and the owners son was at my door inside an hour. He assessed the situation, determined that indeed I did need a new heater and set off to get one for me. He was back in about an hour and an hour and a half after that I had hot water. I forget his name, but the young man who installed the heater was courteous and polite. What I thought was going to be a nightmare of a situation turned out to be quite the opposite. I highly recommend Zeolla Plumbing.

He did an excellent job for a reasonable price

I echo many other of Zeolla Plumbing's reviews: as fast, responsive and high-quality a team of professionals as I have ever seen among service contractors (or, for that matter, among most companies I have ever dealt with!). Doug Zeolla and his people truly have the "customer first" (oft-stated yet seldom delivered) mentality: how do we respond to someone's first call rapidly, solve their plumbing problem quickly; correctly; and at a reasonable price, show up when we say we will, and keep them apprised throughout of how and why we are doing their repair. All the while with a friendly and good-natured manner (even when called 30 MILES outside of their service area!). These guys are the real deal - REALLY! - and I can unreservedly recommend them to you for all your plumbing needs. Just do Doug a favor and try to be somewhere within 10 miles of Stoughton.... :-)

Doug Zeolla Jr. arrived within the time frame as I was told the night before. He was extremely pleasant, polite and professional. He explained how to operate and winterize my new spigot. I can now close my interior door where the previous interior shut off valve was. I was told by 2 previous plumbers that this wasn't possible. Thank you Doug! I won't be chilly this winter in my home office. This company was prompt answering my inquiry and they also responded to me with a price, so there were no surprises. Happy to have found them and plan on using them for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend this business.

Their price was for labor only. When the plumber finished and tried the dishwasher, he said it didn't work, appeared to be defective. After he left we tried it and it seemed that the door hadn't been completely shut. We shut it and it worked.

They are punctual, honest and professional. both times I used them, they got the job done relatively quickly. They don't uncharge or take forever to charge you extra time. I would use them again.

We had just moved into a house that we knew would need some work. I saw the offer for a Big Deal on Angie's List for Zeolla Plumbing, and after reading all of the great reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I received a call back the same-day, after hours, which I appreciated. Zeolla came to the house on a Saturday to assess the work I knew needed to be done, as well as do a general inspection. He was very honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done as well as what he suggested be done. Work was scheduled for as soon as I was available to be home for an entire day. While there, the crew did come across some unexpected issues, but checked in with me and discussed the impact and pricing before moving ahead with any work. The guys worked hard and spent an entire day there and were very friendly and respectful. They even came back the next day (a Saturday) to install two new faucets that we didn't realize needed to be replaced until the last minute. I'm very impressed with Zeolla Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

They were very responsive to set up the appointment. The actual service was fairly quick. It was clear the guy knew what he was doing. He was polite and professional the whole time. He also didn't mind answering my questions about what he was doing and what the next step might be if it clogged again. I will definitely call them again in the future, though I hope it's for a non-emergency!

My townhouse is on sale. Unfortunately, inspection found a leak in my bathroom pipe. Jim was able to diagnose the problem at once and expertly managed the problem. Doug, the CEO of the company even came by to check that the work is done correctly. Doug saw my stress and offered his help to help me with my dishwasher installation so that the process for my house sale would go along.. Doug gave me hints on how to save too! This company is trustworthy and respectful.
