Description of Work: Changed shower faucet. They were very helpful with information. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable about a problem I had been having with something and actually recommended that I not fix it. I was extremely impressed with their honesty because they could have just charged and I would not have known the difference. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I intend on using them again in the future...in fact, for all of my and my family's plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The plumber unstuck my garbage disposal and gave me advice about keeping it unstuck. He also consulted with me on a bathroom faucet change I was considering. The Big Deal included a whole house plumbing inspection, but I didn't need that. My job took all of 15 minutes tops, which is why I gave a D for the price. It wasn't the fault of the plumber or company, but I clearly overpaid for 15 minutes of service. I overall had an excellent experience, he was patient, clean and thorough, also very prompt and nice. I would definetly recommend.

Description of Work: ZEOLLA PLUMBING AND HEATING is a great company. I purchased a deal on installing an outdoor faucet from Angie's list but prior to purchase, I was not familiar with company. The Zeolla technician showed up on time and was extremely professional. He installed an outdoor faucet and was able to show me how to winterize it against freezing. I would definitely hire this company again. I'm so excited that I found a reliable plumber !

Description of Work: I discovered my hot water tank (75gal, gas, forced exhaust) leaking Friday morning and was able to gather several quotes from Angie and non-Angie plumbers, and a helpful and polite "can't come today" from an Angie plumber. Unfortunately the tanks were all smaller than the one I wanted . As I adjusted to the idea of no hot water for several days Doug called from the airport between flights. In very short order he was able to provide a quote for the proper heater and reschedule his sons to fit me in, all with a reasonable quote. They arrived on time, were extremely polite, helpful and professional as well as doing a few small cleanups in the basement that weren't part of the job. The only imperfection is that the tank was installed without any footers raising the tank off the floor, as the prior unit did. They assured me that this was not an issue and stand by any work performed.
