Description of Work: Replaced gas water heater. Removed old water heater. Work was done efficiently, competently, and cleanly. The technician was knowledgeable and answered questions about concerns with prior heater. Definitely a plumber I will go back to for additional projects.

Description of Work: Provider moved my washer and dryer up from the basement to the first floor. Also rerouted piping across the basement. He also replaced the drainer assembly and one pipe in my kitchen sink. Thew whole operation was painless for me and I am pleased with the result. Also, he moved my heat vent as it would have been under the appliances at their new location.

Great, quick and fair.
Description of Work: Zella changed 2 shower heads and changed a bathroom sink faucet. He also checked the whole house for water leaks and took the time to show me the water meter confirming no water was leaking anywhere.

Description of Work: Really outstanding. I had to go on a trip on Monday and the water heater was leaking. The leak was in small enough amounts I wasn't ready to panic but I knew it had to be fixed as soon as possible. I called Doug on Friday, late. I didn't really expect him to call back until Monday and I had another plumber who said he might fit me in by Tuesday. Doug texted me from a Jimmy Buffet concert that night! Texting back and forth during his concert we determined the type of heater I needed and the cost. His son was at our house Monday morning installing it. And I believe he gave me the best price possible. That's service.

You had an emergency or you wanted service that day, you were told that this deal is not for same day services sometimes we can still provide our services but as deal states we have 2 days to even respond!
