They were right on time and went right upstairs to look at it. Shined a flashlight all around it and told me there were no leaks so the seal would be fine. I felt like they treated it as a nuisance call and didn't really listen to my concerns.

Zeolla Plumbing and Heating was excellent. They took care of 4 problems for me. They were very accommodating. Their professionalism was right on target. What impressed me the most was the fact that before they left they rechecked with the manufacturer to make sure everything was done according to manufactures warranty. That spoke volumes to me about making sure all was done that had to be and not just done for the convenience of the plumber. The jobs they did were to switch out a kitchen sink faucet, fixed a shut off valve on a toilet, changed out a kitchen disposal, flushed out a thankless hot water high efficiency water heater. I will be calling to set up an appointment to replace a mixing valve in my shower and fix my outside spigots on my home. TWO THUMBS UP FOR THE TRIPLE ZZZ THANKS GUYS.

The service was excellent. They showed up on the date promised, completed the work in just over 1 day, and thoroughly cleaned up the area they of the basement that they were working in. The unit looks great and works great.

You must read this review!!! I give Douglas Zeolla and Zeolla Plumbing, Heating and HVAC, a 5 star plus rating and recommend him without hesitation. I'm 70 years old and suffering from cancer. My partner is 63 years old and suffering from excruciating back pain. A long hot shower is the only temporary relief she gets. In late November 2016, her shower would initially be warm only, not hot, then go quickly to lukewarm, then cool and then cold in a short period of time. We've had shower hot water problems since we moved in in November 2015. We had a contractor, whom claimed to be licensed and insured (he lied) install an electric tank-less water heater in April 2016 that worked well until November 2016. We began to call plumbers, one guy showed up hours late was rude said he could do nothing and walked out. Douglas was referred to us. He showed up exactly on time. He was polite, courteous, and listened patiently and intently to us. He was very professional and above all truthful and honest. He looked at the tank-less installed be the unlicensed contractor and shook his head in dismay (as every other professional has done. He examined the unit and said it appeared to be working properly and advised that we needed an electrician to check whether our electrical system could accommodate at least 150 amps because the tank-less would draw 75 amps at peak. Douglas then examined my partners shower and said he could replace the mixing valve on it but did not know if this would completely solve the problem. He replaced the old valve with a new one and told us to see if that improved the situation and to let him know if the other sinks were still hot when the shower went cold. We offered to pay him on the spot for his parts and labor but he refused and said he only takes payment if he solves a problem 100%. My partner tested the shower and found that the new valve improved the situation 60%-70%. I called Douglas and told him this and insisted on cutting him a check for his parts and labor again he refused and said only if there was a 100% improvement. He said This one is on me I know you guys are struggling have a happy holiday. This is unheard of! My partner said he is a breath of fresh air. So if you need a plumber this is your man!!!

Found the problem, fixed it, and installed new fixtures. Gave us some free advice on replacing shower heads, too!

Derek got right to work on the pipe in 20 degree weather fixed it and moved on to check the boiler and get that going again. Doug , his father was in the area and stopped by . Two hours later the pipe was repaired the furnace running and the heat and hot water was back. They were both very pleasant ,professional and the service was excellent. Didn't expect anyone to come and fix it that quickly. If I have any plumbing needs I will call them again and would recommend them highly.

Incident occurred after the deep freeze on 12/16 - 12/17, so many plumbing contractors were busy with frozen pipes. I made numerous phone calls. Doug was one of three people that returned my call quickly. He came next morning, promptly. Friendly and professional, he quickly obtained the necessary parts (eliminator/float valve and the pressure reducing valve), installed them and purged the system. Completed all of this in less than 2 hours. Price for parts and labor was better than I expected. I now understand why his small business has an A rating on Angie's list.

I called Zeolla Plumbing and immediately I could talk to Doug. I sent him video of the leak in bathtub. He recommended replacing complete valve. The price was reasonable. After an hour plumber was at my home and replaced bathtub valve and faucet. The whole experience was very good. No issues. I will hire Zeolla Plumbing again for any plumbing work. Great Service !!

A home inspector reported some repairs that needed to be done before I sold my house. After one plumber failed to show for a scheduled repair, I called Zeolla Plumbing and left a message. Before the end of the day, I received a call back from Doug. His first question was do you have heat which suggested to me that if it was an emergency he was more than willing to come out the same day and take a look at boiler. Since it was not emergency, we scheduled for him to come out the next day. Doug came out just like he promised and took a look at my boiler and thermostat. He assessed and explained the issue identified by the inspector and recommended the appropriate repairs at a reasonable price. He was responsive, fair, and took the time necessary to fix the problem. I highly recommend Zeolla Plumbing & Heating......Thanks for the work!

This is the second time I hired Zeolla Plumbing for a job and I continue to be very satisfied with their work. They installed a Navien NCB-240e Condensing Gas Combination Boiler for on-demand hot water and heat in 2 days. They kept me updated on the progress throughout and installed it in a location that would allow for it to fit in a closet, if we finish the basement. Columbia Gas was a pain to work with to get the gas turned on (all day timetable, 30 minute warning, and I had to haggle to get the gas done next day instead of waiting their standard 3 business days after inspection), but Zeolla was very accommodating and met them back at the house when they called to get the system running. The dad and brothers are nice guys and it was great doing business with them.

They returned my inquiry within 24 hours of putting in my request. Doug scheduled a time to look everything over at my earliest convenience, showed up on time and quoted me a fair price. He was very down to earth and easy to get along with. I told him I would need some work done now and some later. From start to finish, whether it was himself or his son Derek or other workers, always on time, always great high quality work with care shown for my home, always cleaned up after themselves. I will always go back to them for plumbing and heating work. Fantastic.

excellent. These guys are a 2 sons and father team, so they are small, but very reasonable and proactive. Did an excellent install of a water heater at my father in law's house for less $$ than the big box boys, installing a Rheem Professional electric (2 sacrificial anodes, 10 year warranty: not sold to general public, outshines anything from the bog box places). My Go to plumbers now

They were very good. They had an 'A' rating and everything else, it was really good. They were very good, they got back to me. I had made a phone call, I got voice mail. They called me back really fast. The trouble is, toilets loosen up. It wasn't anything they did. I called up to tell them that I needed it tightened back down again and they came right out. The guy spent the time and explained exactly what he did and took the time and answered all of our questions and we had a few. I can't say enough about them. They were really really good. They were phenomenal. They're our plumber. I would recommend them to anybody.

not only did he fix the problem I called him for he also replaced and updated the main shut off to prevent any further damage to my old pipes. now if i ever have a problem again there is a easy way to shut off the water to the house.
